My dear myLotters! Do you love your heart? Yes, I do love my heart. I gift it daily with exercises. I go for walk in the evening. I do skipping whenever I have time. In this present world where life is full of problems/stress/anxiety, work is sedentary, and lifestyle is unhygienic; we need to love our heart very much. We can put away many serious health problems just by loving our heart. If you love your heart, you won't face problems related with blood pressure, blood circulation, sleeplessness, heart problems, stroke, and alike. So, do you love your heart? How you love it? What you do to love your heart? If you don't love it, please start loving your heart from now for a longer, healthy life.

I love my heart too. When i eat pork meat i take away the fat. With chicken , i take away the skin too. I see to it that i eat fish at least four times a week if not everyday. I eat lots of fruits and see to it also that i eat vegetables for every meal. I also exercise for one hour for at least 3x a week. I take the stairs instead of the escalator when i go to the second floor of the mall, where our office is. I use the comfort room in the mall, where i can walk longer. I take vitamin supplements like Vitamin E . I do chores at home as exercise. Most of all , i always stay happy and get to laugh a lot at simple jokes.everyday,

That's really great Simplyd! You are following a great lifestyle, rather the best possible lifestyle. I am very happy for you. It is very good to note that you are conscious about your health, diet, and lifestyle simultaneously. Please do spread this good habit of yours with your friends and family. Have a great day.

I guess, as we grow older, we become health conscious. That's because we want to elongate our life span. When we have a longer life span, we will be able to see our children have families of their own, their achievements and all.

Very true, At the initial stage of life when we are younger, health is at its peak, and we pay no attention to it. As we grow older, we want to live more and some disease have already made their nidus in our body, so we became more conscious. It was going like "all is well" until this Monday, when I had my blood pressure checked and it was 180/120. I was shocked. Although, I have to continue a medicine for it for some time, I want to get rid of that too by changing my lifestyle and by loving my heart. Thanks for your continued responses. Have a great day and healthy heart.

excellent topic nishantji. I usually do some yoga and work outside in my garden (weather permitting). Beside doing yoga I also try to eat healthy because weather in Canada is very unpredictable and it could be days/even weeks before one can decide to go out gardening so I try to eat healthy as much as I can.

Thanks for appreciation. You are doing a great job by trying to keep yourself healthy and fit through all possible means of healthy foods. Yoga is extremely helpful not only for body, but also for mental health. It is good to notice that gardening is your hobby. I also love gardening. It has many aesthetic values along with providing good exercise to our body.

Not only should we love our heart, we should love our whole body as well. I mean, what good is a healthy heart with a deteriorating kidney or liver? :)

These all are vital organs which are extremely essential for our life. Among all vital organs, heart is the king. It is the most prone organ to get the effects of stress, anxiety, unhealthy lifestyle, etc. Therefore, I urged to love your heart; although, other organs are also have great importance but I think less than the heart. What you do for your heart? Do you love your heart?

Yep, that's true. We better start to show some lovin' to our heart because if it stops, it's no more lovin' for just about anything else. I sometimes visit the gym for some situps and a couple of minutes on the threadmill. It's rewarding after a while of doing that because you know it's good for your heart.

Treadmill is a very good equipment to keep our heart healthy and strong. I used to go out for a walk in a garden near my home where there is a jogging track where people walks or jog to keep themselves healthy. It is good to note that you pay attention to your health and maintain an exercise schedule. Have a great day and healthy heart!

I do love my heart too. But unfortunately, circumstances don't go my way. I still can't find time to do a regular routine exercise like I used to. Now that I live a sedentary, stressful and toxic life, all I can do for now is eat healthy food as much as I can. Vegetables are always on my diet. If I get a chance, I walk from work to my home or vice versa. On weekends, I try to do a little bit of exercise. I don't do it as often as I could that's why I'm not satisfied with how I take care of my heart. Anyway, what you have pointed out in this discussion is a hundred percent true. Knowing that we need to take care of our heart by eating right and exercising regularly are very important factors in making our hearts as healthy as possible and live a more vibrant and longer lives. Thanks for reminding us about it.

Thanks for appreciation Penrockerchic. If we try, we can change our habits. I understand it can be a bit stressful and irritating initially, but eventually we can develop good habits also. At least, we can reduce our toxic consumption. Like you, nowadays I am also not getting much time for exercise. Yesterday, while at my doctor my blood pressure was 180/120. I was shocked by this and decided to make some promises to me. Everyone want to live longer life, but being aware of everything we are not able to follow a good routine and regimen. I hope you will also make some amendments in your lifestyle and show your heart that you love it more than anything. Good luck.

That's true. Fear cause anxiety and stress which in turn has bad effect on our heart. Your way of loving your heart is good, but do you gift your heart with exercise and workouts?
