Physical exercises.Yoga.And all kinds of brain works. They'll all help you lose weight. Seriously, don't ever try skipping meals. It's the stupidest way to lose weight and I don't believe how anyone can be that dumb to try it.

Hmmm since i dunno what age you are, but by the way you look, I will suggest brisk walking. Do not stop until you sweat by the buckets. Bring water along so you dun dehydrate and faint along the way. I heard that jogging is less good because we have that pair in front *wink wink* and jogging can make them sag faster. Do some stretching first before you start so that you do not hurt your leg muscles and after you are finished, to cool down those same leg muscles. To finish your brisk walking, walk slow gradually. Do not stop suddenly. I saw on TV that skipping meals will make your body store more fat. Because your body will think that you have no food and for survival, will only use the fat when your body goes into long periods of not eating. Skipping meals will make you binge also. Try eating smaller portions of food. I am trying to lose weight myself and I have been practicing what I have told you and so far I am losing them fat. Its slow but keep yourself focused.

And yes like stanley has told you, fruits and vegetables are highly recommended too. When you have had your meals and still hungry, fruits and veggies are the best!!

well, logically food doesn't make you fat, only when abusing and having it in large amount will get you gain weight, start by eating small amount of food you like and make sure you have balance of protein, carbs and healthy fats in every meal or snack...

First f all, skipping meals would never make you lose weight- it's nt the proper thing to do. You should not skip meals, but instead watch what you eat- intake more fruits and vegetables too. And exercise at least a few hours daily. Just stay away from junk foods and other fatty food.

I wanted to lose weight and tried a variety of different ways. Slim fast worked for me and the weight came off, which was great. But! What was I supposed to do once I lost the weight, the only thing I knew how and that was eat. Slim fast was great, like I said the weight fell off. However, I had not tought myself to eat properly in the mean time. So my old eating habbits were still there. The weight crept back on and I was back at square one. That all changed when my mum wanted a diet buddy to join weight watchers. She had been a member many moons ago and new the system worked. So we went along for a meeting. A little unprepared to say the least, the new propoints plan was just coming into place. Though for me, a newbie, it wasn't much trouble as I would learn from the start anyway. Mum was a little unsure though. Anywho, so 18 weeks on, how is it going? I have so far lost 23lbs and have recently set my goal weight so another 7lbs and I will be a gold member. This will enable me to attend any meeting around the country with completely free membership, whoop whoop. I am really loving the weight watchers experience as I can see the weight coming off, 2 dress sizes. I pretty much eat what I want, within reason and I know how to eat a balanced diet. I would absolutley recommend this to you and anyone else that would like to loose as little as a few pounds or as much as a few dress sizes. It is truely fabulous.
