Dear friend, I could see that more and more may be increasing trending in family problems, divorce have been increased, childerns lifes have been messed up, value of father, and value of mother are gone. The nation is developing but not on values of relationships but on materialistic and competitions. I feel soon Indian could be emerging but emotions and justice do not have any value. The money and influencial will rule India as now it is going and common people would just have obey them.

First of all thank you for the BR, Moreover marriage I feel it depends upon the luck of getting the right person. Marriage is essential part of a social life and it gives a better family in a right couples. It is also seen that as the couples when goes to family court, the lawyers and judges are not much eager to settle the matter they are eager to earn from it.

Hi there, Welcome to Mylot! In eastern culture, the taboos are so strong that anyone who tends to breach even a small bit of it is seen bad by the society. In western culture, if a couple gets married without living together for a while, everyone doubts that the relationship might not last. There is a huge difference between dating and living together. You get to know your partner better if you live together. Just meeting for couple of dates and getting married might not be a good idea. I am not surprised to hear that number of live-in relationships in India is escalating. I think this is a good sign. As long as the couple is happy in their relationship, no one should have any trouble. if you talk about culture, there are so many restrictions in eastern culture, if you start following each and every bit of the culture...You might end up being a saint. Nobody says anything to the ones who drink, eat animal flesh, kills innocent animals for the sake of god...there are so many insane practices which are the part of society and everyone turns blind eye on it. i have nothing against Eastern culture but if you are talking about destroying culture, then every single person out there is contributing towards it, so why target only live-in couples??

but still a man living with a woman without marrying her is an extreme thing and can be put on the top of list of destroying culture.
