When you are always sad, anxious and feeling empty.. When you're having sleeping/eating problems.. When you feel guilty, hopeless and worthless... When you're not interested anymore in pleasures you used to enjoy doing... And when you think of suicide more often than thinking of shopping (^_^) And you are like of the above 5 days a week... Admit it, you are depressed and you need help. Before I had the notion that people who are taking anti-depressants are not right in the mind (crazy, nuts is the exact word but very blunt). But after interacting with all kinds of people online, i found out that people who are taking anti-depressants are better to deal with. They call it the happy pill! But you need to consult your physician first, of course. (^_^)

I am a nurse and I have encountered clients who are depress. And they're god for they are now taking happy pill. I can assess that someone needs a medication when that person is depress for more than six months now. It's not crazy to talk to a doctor. It will help you and bring you in to better sight! That's for sure :)
