The conditions you mentioned are very unsustainable for a site..and it won't be able to run for a long time. Some of the "new" sites which are doing good now are mindbux, buximple, bananabux, a5bux. But none of them meet the conditions you have set, and there's no guarantee that these sites will be there for long.
