If you woke up as a child again with the intelligence and of your adult self

[this is a fantasy thread, if this discussion is not realistic enough for your serious taste, this discussion is not for you]
Lets say something went wrong with the balance of time and space and the time is re-winded. You woke up and you are 6 year old again. The time went back to your childhood, here is the thing, You still have your memories,so You are an adult in a child's body. Lots of people they wont change anything if they turn back time but because you are a child again with an adult's mind there will be a chance you will unintentionally change things, Plus you wont remember anything you had been through in the past.
How will you handle being a child again? I mean you will be under your parent's control again, you will live under rules again and you have to go to school again ( You will be too intelligent for your classmates because you have the mind of an adult by an instant you will be a gifted child)

Hello Captain-Albert,
I almost remembered my very very wasted childhood memories, but reawakening as a six years old? that's a very very good opportunity. you know, at some point we have same kind of imagination, going back and starting all over again. i'd probably be serious at saving money through piggy bank, even considered asking my dad to let me have a bank account at my early age
probably stop being too lazy in the class and start making good impression on the girls
too. I don't mind being under parents control again, AT LEAST that time, I know what are my goals are because i know the future i once where were not as i thought i'd enjoy.
It's an opportunity to avoid the terrible mistakes of my life though i am going to alter my life. i think it would be a good chance to MAKE PLANS EARLY as my brothers go through with it again

5 years ago I would have been so happy. My 6th year was happy. I would have both my mom and dad back! But If I go back now, I would break my guy's heart.And if I go back and change things, we wouldn't have met . I wouldn't be the flawed person he fell for. so I can't go back nor would I go back. Besides if I went back and relived my middle school years with the knowledge I Have now. Many people wouldn't be alive now.

It reminds me of Detective Conan! hehe the only difference is that he remembers his life, he just become a child due to some chemical that's been injected to him, i guess.
Anyway, if this will happen to me, then I don't know if it will be good or bad especially that I will not remember anything that I have been through in the past, then it will be a fresh start...this will make me a wonder child and will be on headlines...scary that some people might get interested and would want to get me for study or to take advantage...
Going to school will be boring especially if I will start from kinder again!

Well come to think of it, although it will be boring to be back to school again, it can be fun and interesting too specially that we will be going to be the center of attraction, we will become popular not only in our school but maybe even to the world.
You think it will be better if we are able to remember things that we have been through in our lives so that we can do something about it in our new life? because if we don't know about it, maybe we will just fall in doing mistakes again that we would regret in the future...
You are right, its never been too late for all of us, as long as we are alive we can still change for the better and just learn from the past and from other people's experience.

Only think about now is the successful in the present so my future will be worth it. Another part of this fantasy, will be nostalgia factor, there are many things that I fail to enjoy a little boy that I will never enjoy as a grown up man. If I can turn back time, i.e. may also collect things that existed in my childhood that don't exist anymore home so I can sell them ebay once they were collector's item. As a kid I have that collectors Coca-Cola Pog collection, while I was at school, the newly hired then maid mistaken it for garbage and she landed after late in the trash.

For sure going to school again is going to suck But graduating early will be very awesome and you can pursue things you failed to pursue. This is one of my craziest and most impossible fantasies ever. It's going to be a very interesting movie plot, I think this is used before but I know as a writer I can make a different approach to fantasy plots like this. I know it's not get too late to change my life as long as I'm alive. But there are so many things in my life that I want to change if given the opportunity. So now I will do the right things today so I1 have regrets tomorrow again.

Fantastic... I would be the best child anyone will ever dream to have - I will always get great grades, medals etc at school. That apart, the best thing will be the relationships with everyone around would be more healthy... Though the parents will worry why I am not behaving as other kids normally do - frown, fight back and all that but yes, everything will be more blissful - I would have an understanding of so many things...
And of course... I will save my Grandfather who expired as I was all alone, not so very aware of what to do and how to get him to the hospital at the right time... This would be what I would live for - change the history at least this part and I am sure, my life would go altogether on a different path where I would be more good, happy and blessed.

That's the exact thoughts i was having as i read your discussion. I lost the father of my son and would do anything to go back and do what i could to stop that happening. It is fantasy however... but a dream i share with you.

What happened to your Grandfather sounds tragic and traumatic for a child to handle , I dont know what could I have done if I get in such situation as a child. I love the idea of being so smart in school you will graduate in a very young age. Just imagine the possibilities.

The downside though is that you will live with your parents again and go to school again just to be bullied again. Then you are already used with cellphones and internet and most of us here have no cellphones and computers as kids,

I think it would be a great opportunity to take advantage of the opportunities that you have missed along the way!
It would be a little bit freaky to get your head around strait away but going into every life situation again like that armed with the knowledge of your years before should mean that you could protect yourself the times you let your gaurd down and make the most out of your life by applying yourself in every aspect and learning more skills...
You would always have knowledge beyond your time, but i would love that because i'm not the smartest and usually my opinion isn't given much credit. It would be nice to have the tables turned.

(RIP, my dear Appendix) I think the biggest disadvantage though is that you will be under the authority of your parents again, be under the rules and wont enjoy adult stuff for a while but there are more benifits for sure.

yes it will be wonderful , and can finally have fun and yet be smart and not stupid1 like innocent kid and still have gain back the time lost.So many right decision can be made again and such.And finally can choose the correct path , so many path i taken wrong and such.However, innocent will be lost since the brain will be clustered with adult thoughts.

It will be frustrating though that you wont be enjoying things you enjoy as an adult again but things we enjoy as kids will be enjoyed again. You can play again and be carefree about so many worries.
