This is home sickness my dear you must see your dear ones.Or you to specialist doctor to get whole check up of your whole body there can be deficiency of VITAMINS/MINERALS in your body i think.

I'm just wondering why you didn't get a doctor's check up? I'm not belittling nurses but it's not within their job description to check a person's physical condition or illness. Anyway you might be suffering from a psychological illness. The thought of being sick when you're lonely or alone. I hope you get better soon and try to find an activity that can take your mind off your loneliness.
