Who do you want to design your gown if money is not an issue?

Why do you like that person to design your dream gown or any formal attire? Why is it that his/her creations are best compare to other popular fashion designers? Can you afford to have a fashion designer like that or it was just your dream? What will you do in order for you to accomplish it? What is your assurance that you can make it? In our local designers I have a dream before that I want the creations of the following fashion designers: Lloyd Arceo - he was the one who designed the gown of Angel Locsin during her scene of marrying Piolo at Lobo Edward Teng - his creations are really glamorous in person when you are seeing it in wedding expo. Very fabulous it is even photogenic. Michael Cinco - he was the one who have created the gown of Angel Locsin during her nomination at Emmy awards in New York that causes 1.5 million pesos. It was glamorous that is attractive. Rajo Laurel - I can't explain but at least I find it innovative. Veejay Floresca - He is my classmate in CSB and I trust his credibility. I have seen his designs and I like it as well. He was the one who kept on jumping on bed that has seen on youtube when Venus Raj was called as one of the 10 finalist. But in terms of wedding gown I can't choose between Edward Teng and Michael Cinco. Lloyd Arceo is good for the entourage gowns. I don't like the creations of Edd Sy. Some would want it but it is not on my taste. I just find it weird on his creations. To be honest and reality check I am not the type of person who would really want to wear a gown. More so I can't afford to have like that. I really have to be practical so would not force myself to have gowns like the best fashion designers. But someday I am still wishing to wear fashionable dress that is created from my classmate Veejay Floresca.

If mortality is not an issue I'd have to go with the late Alexander Mcqueen. (wish he was still alive) Man was he brilliant. It's a shame he had past away so early. His creations were revolutionary and definitely artistic. I don't like to call his body of work trendy or stylish because Mcqueen served the fashion community a hell lot more than 'clothes', it was art. I think his works are really up to my taste that macabre and grotesque aesthetics are so in my book. Mcqueen's mission is to make women look and feel powerful he even stated that he wanted the men to have balls when they go up to a woman who's wearing his creations. I like that idea, for women to look dangerous and powerful. I don't think I can compare his work with any other designers...

You are absolutely right there! I just really wish that he was the one who design the gown of Kate Middleton instead of Sarah Burton that is under of him. I mean I am not 100% contented with Kate's gown because of the chest part. But then I still find it elegant that the fabric was so nice.

if money's not an issue,I would love Donatella Versace or Sarah Burton of Alexander McQueen to design my wedding dress.I don't want a typical princess-like wedding gown.I would love my wedding to be backless and made of comfortable cloth.I would love to use a fabric wherein I can move around.

Too bad Alexander McQueen is not alive anymore, I find his gowns fabulous and easy to wear that you can move around. I like his designs. There are gowns that you can't just easily move just because of its design.

That is a good idea for having potential in fashion design. At least you would do the gown from your own imagination.
