Someone copied my blog article, what should/could I do?

I just found out that one of my blog articles has been copied and pasted by someone into their own blog. I did not give that person the authority to copy my article and the worst is he/she did not even mention the source of that article or a link pointing back to my blog.
If you could be on my shoes right now, what do you think is the best course to handle this? Any suggestions, please?

I've been a victim of plagiarism before. Since the articles copied is a paid post I emailed the paying site where I get the tasks and let them know that someone copied my article. I attached the copy of my original post and the copy of the copied post. I didn't hear any response from the paying site tried posting about it in my blogs.
