Crap! People are indeed fond of talking behind other people's back

And i just experienced it right now. These past few weeks was totally demanding when it comes to work and it is natural, it is work and as an employee we have to rev it up in order to catch up with delayed work, pending works and all those in lag. I am someone who can catch up in just a sec, i am competitive, and i have this personality that i do not want to be left behind and always want to be ahead, it is how i was brought up, i studied in schools where we were taught to be competitive, aggressive and with intellect and initiative in order for us to survive in the real world of competition. Here in the office, i am like that, i am a go getter and i can do stuff that do impress my superiors and i am happy with that. Unknowingly these two co-employees of mine, have been talking behind my back, actually they are under my supervision but since our office is not that struct when it comes to levels and all..we act like friends.. but little did i know they have been talking behind my back! Lately, i have been pressuring them to finish all those reports needed and it is due tomorrow and i keep on stressing it out. They agreed. I finished mine and waiting for theirs. Then this morning, i had to text a friend, but my cellphone was low on batteries so i borrowed that co employees phnoe and texted my friend and as the message reply came, i accidentally opened another message! and there it was they were talking about me and it was clear about me because my name was on it and it mentioned there how i was trying to impress my supervisor that time me and my supervisor went back to the office together ( which was last monday when we all visit our President who got sick and they all went home except me and my supervisor who went to the office back) It was stated there at the message that i might have talked to my supervisor that time we both went back to the office and there was no else who went back with her but just ME!! i actually do not know what so say, i read my message, gave back the cellphone to my co employee but inside, i was like feeling hot, and seething with anger. REALLY! Its like i want to shout and tell them if they cannot handle the pressure why not resign! This is war... but hten again i am not someone who hold grudges and fires back, i believe revenge is bad and maybe in sme way i can still get back at them and show them who's the boss! and its me well..i can be bad...but then i can still be good and show them what i've got. I will still continue to excel and have them loathing in envy Sorry this was too long, i just need to belt this out. phew. that was a relief..
