It has been 2 weeks of season finales for a few television series and some of them are just anti climax - all thanks to some scriptwriters' overstress I suppose. Starting with CSI Vegas (Season 11) where Langston finally get to finish off his long time nemesis Haskell not after loosing one of his kidneys and a brutal torture on his ex-wife, Gloria. Other than a predictive ending, I just cannot help wondering if it could have been better if the notorious Haskell who had undergone facial reconstruction surgery just came back looking like someone than as before. Has the scriptwriter left this off somewhere? CSI New York (Season 7) where Mac is deciding retirement after a near death experience shootout with one of a notorious drug runner which thanks to his former retired partner. Like all good cops, he just could not bring himself to his decision with one last unsolved case of a missing girl. Lady Luck could not appear and smiled on a better time with the team stumbling on a botched robbery finding a DNA hit on his missing girl his unsolved crime file. Is this Mac's swan song? Or rather, is this CSI New York's swan song? CSI Miami (Season 9) I have to say that this series by far has everyone screaming for the next season and this one is no different "May Day" where we find the whole team under a load of trouble again. Horatio gets shot and Natalia gets herself locked in the boot of a sinking car - while going after one of the most notorious ruthless serial killer. Again, I suppose this must be another scriptwriter goof where somehow backup for the both of them wasn't present and we are talking about a ruthless serial killer who upstaged in the span of a day, escaped from police custody, killed a woman to take her car, shot a former business associate without giving it a second thought and kidnapped a teenager. They did not bring either the SWAT or a redshirt patrol officer or two with them. At least, something good is coming out from this goof up - we can confirm that the series will be having another season. Castle (Season 3) The finale really left me all sorts after Kate Beckett again came out of no where to be within grasp of catching her mother's killers. So near and yet so far, as we see her closing in on Lockwood a professional killer who has vital information to the killers of Beckett's mother with the unfolding of unexpected dirty cops and confusing conspiracies. Culminating in a rather nail biting conclusion which left everyone or at least me, wondering if Season 4 is coming. I believe you will have to watch this one and tell me. The Mentalist (Season 3) After an arduous 3rd season, Patrick Jane finally manages to bring himself the much needed closure and track down Red John, the notorious serial killer who is also responsible for the murders of his wife and young daughter. It was really an epic finishing with the series airing 2 episodes together "Strawberries and Cream" surprising everyone who Red John's mole on the inside was and eventually Red John himself. The mole was a surprise indeed but I felt that the show could be better off with a more notorious Red John cast. But, it is a relief to see closure for Patrick finally. NCIS (Season 8) By far, my favorite series and season 8 concludes with Gibbs catching the Port To Port killer who is also responsible for the death of his best friend Mike Franks in "Pyramid". The killer, Cobb is another CIA failed project that turned him into a monster and the out of control Port to Port killer but Gibbs team could not get to the killer smoothly as before with Vance out of sorts with his superiors SecNav who is ever adding pressure to the office. So, it isn't new when DiNozzo is being assigned with a new assignment by the new SecNav chief, which would be the new season's opener. So what's your favorite series and your views here?

I'm honestly sad that all those tv series are having their season enders. There's nothing to download at EZTV anymore and my utorrent is idle. Frustrating! Now what do I do with my internet connection?

I watch all of those except CSI (Vegas) which is on when there are other shows I watch. I was a little disappointed in the final show of NCIS after the next to last one when Franks was killed. The last one was just not as exciting, etc. I also watch Bones an Nikita which both had very satisfying season finales.

I'm glad for the fans that CSI:NY is coming back next season. CSI: Miami is the only one I really watch anymore. Of the shows I watched, the best finale was from The Vampire Diaires. You probably don't watch that. huh? lol But the hero went to save his brother and ended up having to turn anti-hero to save his brother's life. It looks like next season the good brother and the bad brother will be changing roles. I also liked the Raising Hope finale, but it didn't really wrap anything up. It was just a stand alone episode.
