Hello Friends :)
Its okay to recharged our mobile balance by our self. But just two days back I got twenty minutes recharged in my mobile from someone. 
Its not very little. But its happened with me first time. I can't do much about this strangers money until he/she call me for it. 
Now I was thinking that what if person had recharged (by mistake) little big amount like 200 or 300 Rs (around 4 to 6$ ) in my mobile and after that he is calling me or meeting me for his money back. Now its like you don't want to spend money and bill is following you...
Now What you do in such situation.. I mean its not your fault and still you have to paid for it..

hello , nobody like to suffering such case::P So suggest you need to double check with your telcome provider and get the exactly reason for why this happened !! then you shoul take the lessons to avoid such case happen again. in our country (shanghai china ) our telcome provider can offer the project , that you can free to pay when you get the phone call from the other person , if so , you can save a lot of money !! in the meaning time, please do not pick up the phone call from the strange NO (especially through IP) due to there maybe the trick. and you will lost money . anyway , just go ahead and have a nice day !

Oh I am sorry to make you confuse , yes in china , at firstly when you use the cell, you have pay both for coming and out calls , but now , if you joined the programe from telcome provider , in most situation you no need to pay the money for incoming calls

I have a contracted phone so I do not recharge the minutes. But if it had happened to me the way you are explaining, I would just wait and see if someone calls me to ask for their money.
I at that point would probably just re-charge theirs back and call it even at that point.

Oh boy I would cry as I would have a hard time coming up with the money but then it really would be the right thing to do.

yes even i am waiting for person's call.. But i guess he/she don't care for that.
It is the proper way to recharge back his/her mobile. But I came to know that some people here do recharge of 100$ .. Now suppose you got 100$ minutes recharge and now someone is asking for money .. What you will do?? The same thing..

hi, its not ur money, and the person might be mistaken by giving a wrong number in a hurry to the shop keeper to recharge his number ,.He cheks it but its over he cant do anything.
However if you got such money or if i got such thing then i would wait for the call and just recharge the money to his number, then it gets balanced.

Of course i will return it back.. But no phone call came in these two days. So i can do nothing for it.
That's not my mistake. Suppose it could have been little big amount. And you are wanting to save rather than spend it anywhere and now you got recharged like this. Then what you have done... Its not your money but because of some other person mistake you have to paid them....

Okay, i understand, u dont want to be an expenditure person,its nt ur mistake , its some unknwn.that person is also very hardwrking for calling his parents he recharged,as he lives very far off ,its an urgent issue to be talked.,if u stand in tht position,if u in hurry or tension did so,wht wud be ur feeling,for someone nt returning whn called.,definetly the book of the shpkeeper has the number which he notes, or the mobile has in it the recent numbers which r recharged, the cell companies do hav the resources,which can handle such issue, the only thing is we shd retrn the money whch is not ours, if u dont want to spend on mobile then u r in a problem, first u try returning ,ask the call center people .

For the discussion - yes, I had met with one instance where I got an amount into my BSNL - about 100 INR. and that was because of the fact that the person who was re-charging the other person's cell wrongly keyed in the number. As I could not find out who and where this recharge came from, I could not help but the next day the amount was deducted. I guess the person realized the mistake and did an UNDO for the wrong recharge.
What concerned me was the fact that In case I had used some of that or all of that amount then what would have happened. Poor person, he might have lost a big amount.
Moral - Prefer to use the coupons instead of the e-Recharge when going for bigger sums. That may ensure some safety.

Yes, that UNDO is possible for all here but under conditions. It is human error and the person who does key in the wrong number (during the e-recharge) has to be careful. If this guy/retailer has a rapport with the providers, it can be done. And I think if they deny you you can also file a Complain at the Consumer Cell as it can be a huge amount - consider this - you are e-recharging for a friend who is in a different state (roaming) and you upload a 5000.00 INR Pack to some wrong number. Would you let go of this big amount if it goes to someone unknown?

Well i have already spent that twenty Ruppes of recharge so i don't think company will make my balance minus by undoing that recharge.

It never happened to me, and it cannot happen today, as I pay monthly 
. If I was doing a mistake for a small amount of phone credits, I would not try to get them back and I would recharge again my phone : after all it is my mistake. If it was a large amount, I will indeed try to learn if and how I can get them back.

ha ha and what about the person who have to paid because of someone's mistake.. well in my case it was a small amount so i can give it back if person will call me..
And about learning i guess it will be depend on the person who will get that recharged balance.. I mean as if it is our fault we can't insist that person more to give that amount back..

Ohhhhhhh friend nice discussion and the same incidence is took place with me 3 months before by mistake the recharge shop done the recharge in my mobile and after some time they call me and ask about my place and tell sorry your mobile is recharge by mistake. I will say him you can return your recharge if any process ask the recharge company. Because money back is not possible in my case because I am from Nagpur and recharge from Shegaon. Shegaon is so far from Nagpur.
But friend you can tell him take return by mobile in place of cash. Because this is his mistake.

Yes... Its not mine mistake.. Even i am waiting for his/her phone.. But no phone came so far.. Its already two days now. I guess its wasn't a big amount so phone will not come.. But still if i will received call from him/her i will returned it by recharging his or her mobile.. Thank for responding.
