I enjoy food. I especially like Italian food. Noodles, lasagnas, pizzas, and so forth. I like Chinese food, but I'm very comfortable cooking it as I do the Italian food. I am in great spirit today, because I just feel like nothing can keep me down. I love food, it is my comfort when my dh isn't around. LOL. So tell me what is your favorite thing to cook? why?

I love to make desserts. Why? Because I like to eat them too. ;) Cakes, cheese cakes, and all kind of sweet things. I like to try something new in the kitchen every time I can. My family love my food! Oh oh! You made me hungry!

I'm truly sorry for making you hungry, wasn't my intent do do so. I like sweet things too, but I don't have an oven anymore. Maybe, you can open your own dessert/cafe place, and make some money doing what you love to do.

I'm in league with you re enjoying food; in my case, perhaps, too much! I'd say my favorite dish to cook is spaghetti and meatballs (and a version called Manzo di Pranzo with sausage, chicken, bracciole, beef short ribs, and the kitchen sink!). It yields a very rich sauce. I do particularly like Italian food, but I also like French (as in Julia Child recipes), Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Mexican,......oh, dear, most any cuisine. I love to cook cause I love to eat and, if I can make it, I do feel a sense of power and control and comfort, since I'm saving money by not going out to restaurants. I also like to learn how to copy restaurant ideas and make them then to my taste.

That would have to be stuffed rigatoni. But what I love eating is crab rangoon. Never have learned to make that and the frozen ones in the grocery store are just not right.

I love food! I am trying to lose weight though, so I have to watch what I eat. lol. My favorite thing to cook is meatloaf. I love mixing it for some reason. It also tastes sooo good. Might sound silly, but I like my meatloaf really well done around the edges. Yummy.

The only meatloaf I would eat is my dads. He holds the family recipe, when he thinks I'm ready, he will give it to me. I haven't ate meatloaf in a while. If you like you can send a message on how you make it.
