Can a cow be led to walk downstair?

I heard from the radio this morning that a cow can possibly be lef to walk upstair but can never walk downstair. How true is this?

yes that is true because of their leg designs and cow has a weight on her back side when cow go down stairs weight is gone to the front legs and you can notice that the front leg of the cow is not muscular and its not power full, so font legs come fold and cow will slipped when it goes to downstairs
