I have been buying lottery ticket for more than 3 years now and I'm still waiting for the big win. But if I do win, here are the things I'll do with the money: 1. Buy a really big house 2. Secure my children's future by building a trust fund for them. 3. Hire a personal trainer to help me lose weight 4. Invest in different things to make my money grow. 5. Buy a really cool car for my hubby. How about you? What would you do if you win the big bucks?

Let me put it like this. The minute I know that I have this kind of money. I AM GONE. I won't say anything to anyone and I got family around me. I would just be gone. Then, I'll sit down and figure out what to do. If I stayed home, I would hear all this kind of stuff in my ear and I don't need to hear that. I would be gone. there was a group of financial advisors I knew whose offices I used to clean some time ago; If I would do anything, I would go to them and get their advice. they seemed like a nice bunch of people and I would consult them as to how to do things. If I got a big bulk, I would love to help the pensioners in my city because they haven't been able to draw their pensions since September, 2009; It hurt me to my heart that people who worked their lives for a city/municipality would disregard them and the monies they put terribly like that. If I could be of help to them, I would.I would also help build the school my church wanted to do and asap. put in computers, a nice sized cafeteria, assembly place if possible. then, I would help my mom, kids, grandchild; help my boyfriend because he has cancer and could use the best then I'd do for me. pay off my bills, go to places I wanted to go and see and make sure I have money to live on for the rest of my life.

Hi,a good topic!Perhaps my choice will the same as you.Of course, the house is my first choice;the second,I will spend many times on traveing over china, especiall XiZhang,XinJiang and Ganshu. From all comments as above,a nice house is the first choice for all person wherever he come from. It's not a good life for us if we without ourselves house.Everyone want to have a happy family, but a house is important befor getting perfect family. At current,A nice house is also biggest problem for us,especiall the young generation. At the age of high price for house, the young have a heart but no strength for it.A pity generation!

hi! winning in a lottery will be a big blessing, so I believe I really need to take good care of it. I will buy a house for my family. Same with you I'll also secure my family's future and invest also so that my money will still grow and I can make use of it in a very very long time. I would like to invest in stocks or lot. And also I would think of a business that will support my family our whole life.

When I win the lottery, first thing is first I have to figure out my finances. I need to know how much I would have left after I finish paying off any loans and paying taxes. After that, I would probably create my own charity foundation and donate half of that to it. The cause, not really too sure. I would then invest half of whatever is left remaining into a reliable stock that pays dividend. I would like to move to Manhattan where the luxury condos are. I don't want to buy it, but rather just rent so that I am not stuck to one place. After that, I would create a business such as setting up a store that includes my hobbies. I would probably give back to my family, but after I am in a really stable situation after doing all that.

I think this is a common daydream that many people think of once in a while. I would always want to buy a house in Bermuda right on the water. I would put some aside for my children's education, give some to my parents, and donate some to charity.

from your response item #2, I can tell that you're also from the Philippines. Why The Fort? Why not Rockwell?

Depending how big the winnings are and after lifting my jaw off the floor, I would give money to my immediate family since they deserve it. I would buy a new car and build a nice house that's not too big, but not to small. Travel would be a part of my winnings. And of course, I would save some money for my future. But right now I hear my alarm going off because this is just a dream.

Help my two really close friends with their debts, help all of my relatives that haven't given me grief with anything they need, and then travel travel travel. After taking my tour around...and maybe hitting some places twice...I would buy a nice house in Florida and donate a good amount of what is left to the red cross and get a part time job. I can't handle sitting around doing nothing and would want to feel useful rather than a bump on a log.

I've always thought about winning but then again I never really play unless my spirits feel it. But if I did win I would of course put money aside for my kids future, buy property to house the homeless and help them with job searching and becoming sober if they have substance issues, buy myself a couple of houses one in southern california and one in the south, make sure my mommy has financial freedom and definitely pay off my credit debt.

I love your answer. I would definitely do the same. Secure my kids' future and pay off my credit card debts. I love that you thought about your mom too.

hmm good question. I guess this one would take awhile to think off. I would probably use the money to impress girls etc. Buy a good new looking car, big house. The remaining should go to charity, we shouldnt be too greedy you know? But what are the odds of winning lottery anyway.

I know the odds are pretty low, but there's always that slim chance that you might actually win. Also, I know somebody who did win which gives me more hope. Who knows?

There's a lot that I would want to do, if I won the lottery. I would want to buy a house. Pay down some debt. Help out some family and good friends. Invest some of the money. It could certainly help out my husband and I a lot.

I'd split it up evenly and wisely. Invest some, save some, spend some. A lot of people don't, and they end up blowing it all.
