Why its happening? can you fix it? I need your help !!!

hello friends...I am facing trouble with google adsense from the the day I have think about it..and I think I need some serious help from you guys....I know that some of you are using this programme...I was register fro an google adsense account a long day ago....now I have some blogs...and I want to put google adds in them...but I am not getting access to my adsense account any more...when I am going to log in to this account they are giving me a message like this... Account Not Active An AdSense account does not exist for this login, as it is associated with an unapproved application. For more information about your application, please review the message we sent to the email address you provided with your application. is it necessary to register the domin name of my blog before appling for an adsense account? I have searched my inbox and find one mail from google adsense where it is written like that... [b]We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below. Issues: - Page Type[/b] after that there is an option like... [b]To update and resubmit your application please visit https://www.google.com/adsense?hl..........[/b] I have clicked the link and visited the link that also showing the same Account Not Active Then I tried to contact google team using a link and submitted my problem to them...then the reply i got some what like this.. [b]Thanks for your email. We've searched our system, but we weren't able to find your AdSense account with the information that you've supplied. [/b] Then I have tried again to make a new adsense account with the same email id.. now its showing... [b]A user with the email you specified already exists Please select a different Google Account login to access this account.[/b] how this one can happened? do you guys have any idea.. and more surprisingly another thing.... in the dashboard of my google account under the adsense section it is written like that.. [b]AdSense 2 products Account Account type Individual Email address pulak1........ Contact name PULAK DAS Address WEST ....... [/b] what does it mean? I have an account there? now my question is that how can I get access to it? anybody with any idea please response to this discussion and try to help me out...
