I am talking about my big kid at home, its my hubby. He is right now on his trip to abroad. When we was on video chat, told me he is skipping his breakfast for last 4 days due to his meetings and work. I was upset hearing this and asked why he have to do this. He comforted me saying, he is healthy and can manage. But am worried this is not healthy for him later. I someway manage when he is at home, to have his milk, eggs and bananas. So his your hubby prioritize work than his food. How you handle him and take care of his health. I may rather ask him to take off from work for a week and get him back on diet. I am least bothered of his new promotion, as his health is ruined up!

Hi besthope Although he is busy at work and not taking the time to eat his breakfast, it appears he needs you to remind and or prepare it for him. It could be he is use to having you around in order to eat comfortably. Do not worry too much as you have already routinely had him in the habit of eating properly so soon he will get back to it and or when he comes home.

I am a very positive thinker, though I have some harsh issues I do not believe in showing them to the world and or allow them to over take my kind and caring ways. Thank you so much for my BR.

Yeah. It is hard for alot of people to eat three square meals per day.I only eat a couple of times per day and only one decent meal. I just do not have the time to eat right.

Hi Stephcjh, True, but he works so hard, so I feel atleast breakfast is must. So he will be balanced as he ages. Balanced diet is important for hardworking people. I understand you work more and less time for eating? am I right?

As an adult he knows what his body can handle. I wouldn't worry about it too much...the body will send him a signal when it needs something more!

He is a big boy and needs to make his own decisions. I know that it is easier when my husband is home because i am normally preparing breakfast for myself and my daughter at the same time. Just gently remind him that no amount of money will keep you healthy if do not keep yourself healthy. You could try sending some breakfast bars in his luggage. They are quick and easy.
