How do you get the little colored star that represents your reputation in myLot?

As a newbie, I am intrigued at what those stars mean. I want to know what do I have to do to get one, too! Can anyone show me the ropes? Thanks! :)

You should first hit the 100 ranking. I just recently got mine. Just keep posting quality comments and a bunch of it soon you'll see it at the top of your avatar. Keep mylotting!
