I went garaging today to make money but...

I was watching Storage Wars, Auction Hunters, American and Canadian Pickers with friends and we figured we would do the same. We spent the morning garage saling and found a handful of items that we are going to attempt to sell them online for a profit. The car over heated and leaked coolant, it brought the day to an end. Any advice? Maybe I should read a book or something.
