I don't know about dying early. But I would say if that's all the person eats they will indeed gain weight and consume too much salt and fat. The key idea is to eat it once in a while but not on a regular basis.

Yes I do! The safest food we could eat are the meals cooked by our mom, aside from it's home-cooked, for sure they are cooked and made with love and care. So that means right ingredients, spices and measurements of stuffs are being combined. I do believe eating a lot of times in fast foods or restaurants are high risks in having bad health and even results to dying when gets worse. Why? because even if these food tastes delectable, for sure they have excessive seasoning esp. mono-sodium glutamate and could have magic sugar which would contribute bad stuffs in our bodies. God speed!

In today’s age of convenience, fast food needs no introduction. Everyone from a 2-year-old toddler to a 60-year-old grandpa seems to be enjoying it every chance they get.And why not? It’s delicious, it’s filling, is really affordable, and readily available just any time of the day, being only a drive through phone call away. What more can you ask for when you are living life in the fast lane? Well, plenty – fast food is all good tasting, except that it is not nutritionally balanced and, therefore, unhealthy in the long run if consumed on a regular basis.

We will never know. It is an interesting question but no one is going to study peoples' habits for so long. I happen to have two friends who would be ideal candidates for study. One only eats cheese burgers and fries twice daily, from the same shop every single day. Apart from being a little short, he's looks quite healthy. A second boasts that he only visits the bathroom once per week. He maintains that his diet is so finely tuned that there is hardly any waste. I think exercise and lifestyle play a much more important role in longevity. Fast food may not be good for us but it is still food!

I think it is true. The food that are served in fast food restaurants are not healthy. The food are mostly deep friend. Hence, very unhealthy. People who eats too much fast food is likely to be prone to high blood etc.
