What's the Difference between the Old- and New Versions of Twitter?

When Twitter tried to push its 'new version' on me, I opted for the 'old version.' I think it's just a more-complicated color-scheme and some hyper-connectivity having something to do with mobile-surfing (which is where I draw the line ) Really, I don't want Twitter to be anything more than 'a giant pole where one's friends-&-neighbors post little notes on what's going on for the rest of the global neighborhood to read. Making it anything more than that steals away its original purpose. So I'm stickin` with the old version. What do you think?

In fact I prefer to use the old version of Twitter much more because it is simple. I don't really like the new version. However, there is no way and I have to try to get used to it. As soon the old version will not be available. I love China

I would probably switch to the new version too ... if my computer were about five times faster than it is now

I didn't really know that there was a new version of Twitter to be honest with you. Of course, I'm really not on Twitter all that often, maybe a handful of times a week, so it really is not something that I had really thought all that much about. Its just something that I signed up for, because I just thought that I might have a use for it later and when I do have a use for it, its there. So really, I could be using the new version for all that I know. Then again, out of all of the social networking, Twitter does seem to be the most simple of them. So perhaps I am using the old version. Of course this would not be the first time that some website despite to muck with a formula that did fact work. Thus making it utterly confusing to their users. At least that is what I think really could be happening for all I know. Still haven't really noticed, so who really knows what version I am using. Its been a bit since I've been on Twitter anyway.

I don't use mine too often and when I was given the option I preferred the old way. Maybe because I did not want to explore the site to find out the new changes. Maybe, just maybe one day I will and who knows, I may find why the difference. At first glance all I saw was just upgraded graphic and colors.
