Taebo exercise makes me really sweat alot. What kind of exercise do you enjoy?

I already try many types of exercise before and currently I enjoy doing taebo exercise. it is a cardio exercises or boxing exercises. i really sweat a lot but feel really rewarding. I have more energy to do things and feel so relax afterward. i never felt exhausted and it is good for the belly too. I exercise not to lose weight but to tone my muscles. I think exercise not only good to the body as well as have effect in us mentally. Do you enjoy exercise? what you feel afterward?

i am very active in outdoor sports usually playing volleyball, tennis, badminton and other activities such as running. i done aerobics before and other simple exercises from a manual book. i forget its name. but just imitate those instructions with a image illustrating the movement and its benefit. i never try taebo but heard it us a nice work out for the body. i heard it is the most prefer by many celebrity and athletes.

yes i believe so exercises and just involve yourself to join different activity would makes you feel, look healthy and fit. aside from different exercises you join t gves you a lot of motivation such as having positive view about life and your surrounding. it inspires happiness both j your mind and beautify your body at the same time.

hi gifts, really? I would research it. i am into exploring other exercise method. it is good for our heart and makes us think more positive about life. it increased energy and our confidence at the same time. i love to exercise not everyday but maybe twice a week or during weekends i could devote more than 2 hours just to exercise. i do it with my sisters and very happy about the result.

taebo is develop by billy blanks. it is an exercise good for the heart and also a combination of boxing and martial art. you lose weight, tone your muscles and at the same time you learn self defense. imagine you could lose 500 to 800 calories in an hour of exercise which you could not get alone in normal exercise. you could download videos of it from internet, try it. you would really enjoy it. try to do it even once a week and you would do fine.
