are you insane when you cry for no reason?

No, it's far from insanity. You see, there are times when we try to appear strong all the time but our body or emotions refuse to do so. I know the feeling because a few months ago, I felt that way. My romantic relationship was shattered because of some incident but I didn't want my family and friends to know about it (perhaps I was too tired to listen to the sorrys and someone would be better talks), so I kept everything to myself. I did everything how I normally would. I showed them I was happy by laughing, finding something that's funny and all my bubble persona was out. However, I always found that whenever I see something sweet - an old couple talking, a mom hugging her kid, or a couple laughing together, I can't help but a tear would fall! It's humiliating. I guess when we are sad, our tears would truly flow. But we could try to control it. On the other hand, I just knew for a fact that when the eyes seemed watery all the time, there's something wrong with your eyes and you should have an ophthalmologist look into it because it's a sign that the eye is dry. My mom used to be teary-eyed almost all of the time, then she asked her eye-doctor and she was given drops to help the eye regain moisture.

Yes some time I also cry without reason if my hubby say little bit words I start crying. Watch the sentimental serial start crying some time laugh myself ohhh how cry without reason.

probably..hehehe oh no...that is just kidding I often do that too women are often influence by her hormone every month or every periods of menstruation maybe that is why we often cry without any reason

Emotional relief valve???? OK, have a good cry. You always feel better after. The insanity is what people do when there is no relief valve at all. Think about it!!

Everone cries for a reason, whether its good or bad. It may be for something in your past or something that you heard or saw that made you realize something that caused you to cry. Theirs always something behind a tear.
