myLot has provided the option to change the avatar and how often one does it is left to the sole discretion of the user. I do it several times mostly show casing my photographic talent and my garden images. You don't have to explain it to anyone. Go ahead and please yourself!

Yeah, I don't think there is any rule or guidelines as to your own avatar. Anyway who cares whatever you want you use as your avatar here. Since I am not a computer techie and I admit that I don't know how to upload avatar here, though I know that there is an instruction on how to somewhere, I just didn't have the time reading and analyzing. Even on my fb account, it is my son whom I always ask to upload pics and change my profile pic.

To each his own Toni. It doesn't say in the guidelines that we don't have the right to change our avatar as we please. That is just curtailing our freedom to choose. Anyway your friends will still know you, because you are Toni. By the way, what is it that you are looking up there? Can you tell?

Good for you. But the easiest thing to remember is picture compare with the name. Latter is more difficult to remember compare to the picture

I love my avatar and have not changed it since i placed it almost four or five years back and I actually feel that people here know one more by the avtar than the name and the moment they see the familiar picture they realize its you or the friend they have made, though I see names too and many I remember by name like Lord war wizard, hope, Gabbie, Gissi, Pink lilly and so many others who joined just when I did. Though so many people changed their avatar at so many times. Its a personal choice I chose mine because it just felt naughty and so right I use the same for blogging too. Yours seems to be your own picture and it is nice and unique. Add thats the whole point in choosing the Avatar

You can always change your avatar, it is entirely your choice. I have seen some of the mylotters changing their avatar every other day. You are looking good in your avatar.

Nice avatar and I don't think you need to say sorry for changing your avatar monthly. Like you said it's your account and there aren't any rules prohibiting you from doing so.

hi toniganzon you have that right and I too change mine a lot as I m into making my own graphics. I keep lookint for perfect ones that will convey my personality and as I am a perfectionist I am never quite satisfied so I keep tryin. I don't think theres any rule against it and I enjoy trying to fine perfect ones.

Hi toni I loved this avatar for sure. The black and white is still nostalgic and the pose seems to go with the color. Wonder what you were thinking or whether that was just for the camera I wished I too had some handset with a camera or even a digital camera that I could use to take snaps and upload. Changing the avatar frequently may confuse the new friends but they will get used to it and as long as you are with the same username, your friends will always find you.

hi, actually there is nothing wrong to change the avatar mothly or even everyday or every week,for me the purpose or my reason why i change my avatar every week or month because i want to show my update picture through changing of avatar.

Well...I think you should change your avatar just as often as you feel like doing so. It's YOUR avatar... let everyone just follow your moniker. I still am trying to decide what to use and frankly I think the generic one is ok. Still maybe I should have stars..can't decide.
