The yearly college entrance examination has already been finished. Now my students are all back home for the summer vacation as well as the final result of the examination. I wish the majority of them would get enrolled to college for further study as they wish to. My students major in International Trade and Business English. Quite a few of them are good at it though not all of them. Do you have any children, relatives or friends that have also taken or are going to take such a yearly college entrance examination, please? How do you think of the examination? Do you feel stressed and stressed out because of it? Thank you in advance for your responding. Have a good day.

Hello Buchi_bulla. I am sure that your daughter will get high scores for the exams since she is well-prepared for it. Psychology is an interesting subject. Some of my college classmates went to study it as their postgraduate major. I am happy to tell you that my family are in good spirits including me for sure. Best wishes to you, my dear friend.

Hi jisir, it's normal that teachers and parents always hope to see their students or children who get higher or perfect score to further their study in higher grade. since all your students have left for their summer vacation after getting the final exam result, I think you are going as well, to enjoy your summer vacation in your hometown again. Yeah, I wished my kid as well as nieces and nephews to sit for college entrance exam too years back. Students who did well in the exam could continue their study at graduate schools without any difficulty. as their parents and elders we were always the ones who worried much and felt depressed. We didn't bring any pressure to bear on any them. Just encouraged them to prepare their study relaxingly as what they had done as usual. Thank God they were all safe and doing well in their respective college entrance exams. They stepped in their desired colleges respective finally Happy posting and have a nice day!

Hello lkbooi. The third-year students have already left school after the college entrance examination, but our school work is not finished yet as we have to wait for the other two grades to finish their final-term examination. These days I am not as busy as I used to and I feel lazy now though there is a lot of paper work for me to do. I think that I will start my paper work right tomorrow morning when staying in the office. I am very happy for you that your son and children of your relatives have already started to work after their graduation from college. It is good for them. Take care, friend.

Oh I see! It means that you will be going back to your hometown until you have completed all the papers works after the final exam. I understand that marking test papers are really tedious as, for the most part they are the same. I think it's quite difficult to grade them as well. Unlike marking math paper it's easier. Yeah, you need energy and perseverance to cope with them. I believe having a proper rest will get you refreshed and energetic again the following morning for you to deal with them. Going back home for vacation will be a courage as well as great impetus to push you to work more diligent in marking papers I suppose Yeah, I'm glad that four of them work in their respective favorite fields happily, whereas my youngest nephew will be graduated from college the coming year Wishing you to have a happy summer holiday in advance

Hi William! I know some of my co-workers children have taken the college entrance exams and passed it. The entrance exam they took was in the sister university of my school back in college. So I know it's really difficult. But many reviewing centers are popping out everywhere. They offer review classes so students can pass the exams. I remember when I took it, there were no review centers yet. But there were these college students who took the same test and held review classes for us. It was effective so a few of us passed the exam. But I was young then so the test, even though it was difficult, did not gave me stress or whatsoever. ^^ But I was really I passed it.

I think the college entrance examination in China is always a nightmare for everybody. The students all have heavy study pressure and so do their parents. I had my college entrance examination long time ago. I must admit that I was not a diligent student. At that time my good friend came back since she was abroad for three years. And therefore we went to play badminton most of the time. I didn't go over my lessons although the exams were approaching. Perhaps I had enough relaxation, so finally my exam results went so well:) I love China

Hello youless. You are right that our students have had a lot of study pressure ever since the day they went to school. With too much pressure in their mind, it would affect their scores. So it is our usual practice to offer them a week's time for them to have self-study and ask teachers questions they have. Very soon the scores will be known. To be exact, it is on June 21st. By then, we will know how many of them will have passed the exam. I wish them good luck. Take care.

hah, hah, hah! I am too big and old to go to school. I am already a matured adult. If I will ever go to school to continue my education. Then I will be thinking of an MBA or other postgraduate course.

Hello naijia. Thanks for your response. I agree with you that for one who has already obtained a college degree, his higher goal for further study is to get an MBA or other postgraduate course. I have a friend who has recently got her postgraduate degree this year and is now having a good job in a bank. Take care, friend.
