Hi everyone! I just receive a payment to my paypal account and I'm having this thoughts in my mind. Is there an expiration on your balance in paypal? Also my account hasn't been verified yet. I'm from Philippines and I don't have credit card. I heard that I can verify my account through the use of Eon Visa in Unionbank, is it still working? CAuse I'm thinking of getting an Eon Visa to get my account verified. I hope you guys can help me with this matter. :)

You have received your payment on your paypal account from your online earnings. How is that so?What I knew of is that you must be verified first before you can use paypal as your payment processor and the easiest way to have it verified is for you to apply at Union Bank for their Eon debit card.Usually it takes 10 days. There is a bank fee of 350pesos upon application which is the bank fee yearly. There are other options like Western Union, smart money or credit card from other banks.Mine is Eon debit card.Happy earnings my friend.

So you received your payment through paypal. That's what I like with paypal they're full of surprises.Maybe paypal allowed it because they can deduct the verification charged from the said amount, because for verification processes they charged you if I remember it right $2 but don't worry they'll refund the said amount once your verified using your Eon debit card.

Yes. I actually receive the payment even if my Paypal is not yet verified. I have received $23.40 payment from a site but when I opened my Paypal my account balance is $22.19. I think it has a transfer charge. I add my BPI savings account but my monthly limit is Php 0.00, so I wasn't able to withdraw my funds. To lift the limit it need to be verified that what they said. Thank you for sharing me the options for verifying my Paypal. I will try to get a Eon Visa debit card at Unionbank by tomorrow.

There is no expiration on your paypal balance. There is only limitation for transaction using paypal if you are not verified member. PayPal states on its website that these restrictions are for security reasons. PayPal requests your credit card or bank account information but prefers the latter so it can send and withdraw money directly from your account and avoid the transaction fees associated with credit companies. It also requests your personal information to simplify the process of monitoring for fraudulent activities. Until you provide this information, PayPal places restrictions on your account that may only affect you if you make large or frequent transactions. Until you verify your account, you may only withdraw a total of $500 per month from PayPal. You can receive payments of $300, $50, $20 and $30, for example. You may send one payment of no more than $4,000 if you don't have a PayPal account, but you can't receive money through PayPal. If you do have an account, you can send up to $10,000 in a single transaction. So, don't have to verify your account if your transactions don't exceeded the limit, do you?

The problem is my limit in withdrawing is Php 0.00. How am I suppose to withdraw my funds with that kind of limit. The only way I can lift my limit and withdraw my funds is to get Verified, which I will do once I get my Eon Visa by this week or next week.

How could it be? Why not as they stated in their website? Well, nothing can say. Verify account is the only option to lift the limit. I verified my paypal account by VCC (Virtual Credit Card). I bought VCC from someone online. If you have a doubt with VCC, credit card is the only one to use. Currently, getting credit card is not difficult but I would rather bought VCC. It was just a one-time expenses. Having credit card yield additional expenses. Moreover, having credit card is risky to me.

I can't tell you anything about the Eon Visa but I can defintiely tell you that there's no expiration in your Paypal account balance itself, as it's a payment processor, not a limited gift card or anything like that. If there was an expiration date on your account balance, then PayPal wouldn't stay in business for very long, that's for sure.

Ok. thank you for that information. Now I'm relieved. I just hope that Eon Visa will work in verifying my Paypal account cause it's my only option here and I will try to get that to open an account on Unionbank as early as tomorrow. Since I am able to get a credit card at this time.

Any Type of Debit or Credit Card will Verify You. You just need to Open any Account at a Local or On Line Bank that has checking or any Type of Service. You can Transfer Money, Pay Bills or Withdraw Money from an ATM. As Long as You Qualify for the Card. Their is No Problem. You just need to be able to Preform On Line Transactions.

I have a savings account on a Local bank but it is not allowed for verifying my Paypal. It only accepts Mastercard, Visa and American Express card. That's why I'm searching if an Eon Visa at Unionbank can be an option to verify my account.
