Google Adsense Reject My Application!

I've been rejected three times of my application in google adsense. I'm kinda new in blogging so I don't know what's the other thing to be consider for the approval of adsense application.
For all the mylotter's their that is professional in monetizing in blog, please I need your help regard in this topic. I will really be thankful for any great response and help...

I think you should read all terms and conditions of this service.
or just write them,they'll explain in detail why there is no agreement.
