I love dancing too! Any kind of dance I used to dance before, from hula, to ballroom, to hip hop, to ballet, to jazz and many others. Yes, I agree with you dancing is a great way to exercising and sweat out. It made you feel great after a dancing session. It's also a way so socializing with friends and meeting new friends. Dancing can lessen your stress away so let's keep on dancing.

I think you should practice the dancing you learned in the past. You'll probably find that energizes you. You may have to work your way back into dance gradually if you've been away from it for a long time, but if you really love it and put in the effort, you can do it - you may be surprised. I am in the US, so I would not know of any dance studios in Cebu, sorry. Why not look online and see what you find? Most businesses like that at least have an online listing with contact information these days. Bottom line, I think if you love it so much then you should make time for it. If your body gives out after a certain point then do as much as you can - but always try to push yourself a wee bit further each time as this builds your endurance and will have you dancing longer and stronger later on.

I'm not a fan of dancing, but I enjoy Zumba! It's really exhilarating and works you out.

Why not make ime for it. If you really miss it and love it that much you should make time for it even just on weekdays. You mentioned that you are unable to do it due to long hours of work. why not make it your stress reliever. It will make you happy and healthy. I know sometimes we get caught up with our jobs that we tend to forget or not do what really makes us happy. Set aside at least 3 hours of your time for dancing. I really encourage you to do it.

Hi Igatiful_badass, I really missing my dance too. I was learning my classical dancing, but due to work and family, i was to give away. But I try to watch people dancing and try few steps at my free hours. Dancing is best in world and hope you will start your dancing again. Cheers!
