Positive thinking makes a big difference in our lives. The only thing is you never should force yourself to think positive. Instead adapt to this style of thinking by practicing until it becomes a habit. Forcing yourself leads to extra stress that none of us need! Beat Stress The first benefit of positive thinking is that it helps you overcome stress since you’ll be handling situations in a positive manner. You’ll be able let go of things that you usually get frustrated or worried about. Positive thinking helps you realize and understand that feeling those negative emotions leads to nowhere. Remember, positive thinkers see the solutions, not just the the problems. When you get over things and focus on the solution, you’re less likely to stress about it. More Energy When you have less stress and worries in your life, you have extra energy to do the things you love. Sometimes our mind is the reason for our fatigue. Stressing and not being able to see the brighter side of life drains our energy. We feel tired, moody, and less interested in the things we love so much. Yeah, it does. Another name to call it is "the Law of Attraction" according to the book entitled the Secret.I'm not stating it exist merely because of the book but I personally experience it not just once but too many times that I lost count. But no matter how many testimonials you get you'll still not believe it or accept. Give it your best to practice it. In positive thinking there are no doubts, no fears, no what if's; it is all about believing with all of yourself, knowledge, heart and spirit. Good day!

Of course but there is also this theory that negative plus positive gives positive results. I think it depends on how you take or sort things out. It is a mtter of choice,too. If you think , you are always on the winning side by being positive, then be it but if negative things happen and you make positive about it, then it is likely to be beneficial than hazardous.

Definitely! When you think positive, then you're always happy. And when you're happy, everything around you will make you feel good. Which is a positive result, isn't it? Being an optimist is an admirable trait and he will probably be healthy and hale person, living a long life and loved by many
