Is it easy to earn money through paid to post

Hi Guys , I am new to this internet world of earning but I want to start it very desperately . I have heard the concept of paid to post . If I comment on somebody's topic or even I start my topic , I would be paid for that . Is it true ? If yes , please help me finding the correct way to do this . Is it true for mylot discussions also? I am very much confused and want all of you to show me a better path . I can write articles , so it is not a big deal to write a comment .
