It was a dilemma for me sometimes, because I have membership with SAM's club currently. Every year, they would send me bill to renew the membership for next year. Today, I received a statement for $40 again. I just in this dilemma whether I should renew this membership or not. I don't shop there often, and I probably go there once in while. Maybe I would pass by there and pump the gasoline, since it is cheaper than those gas station out there. I am trying to tighten my budget and pay off as many debts as I can. I just don't know should I continue to be member with warehouse club. Any suggestion here?

If you do not use it, it is not worth it, but if you take the time and buy in bulk it it totally worth it. They also have a new program that tailors coupons and deals based off of what you are buying. I tested it out for 3 months for free and saved an additional 30 some dollars that I had not anticipated. It is an additional fee, but if you shop there regularly like my family does, it is totally worth it.

If you plan on using the plan I would renew it. Also it would help to find someone to share the costs with. I always split the costs with my cousin who gets a membership with me. We do frequently shop at Sam's Club however. I love the bulk purchases that I make there and they are a real savings for me on certain items. If you will regularly use the gas discount I say go for it.

If you don't plan on using it then you shouldn't renew anymore. You might run into some problems in the future if you do. I've had this annual membership at a local gym a while back. They weren't charging via card so that's safe. Anyway, I paid for the succeeding year even though I knew I wouldn't be able to go back because we were moving some place else. When I found out that our new place would take me 3 rides to get to the gym, it kind of brought me down. I tried going there a few times but then gave up because it was just too far. I just settled for a gym nearby instead. I felt bad that I paid for the annual fee but I just couldn't make up for it then.
