I know there are many scam websites online. They do not pay money. Have you ever been a victims of those false website? If yes, how many times? Personally, I had been cheated once by paisalive.com. They did not pay my $10.

For the starters who come online to earn money they will definetly become a prey to the scam things online,I went through many incidents as such and now i do not have that patience anymore in doing such sites.

At very first time when I interested for online job and search for it I got a site name called AWSURVEYS - a scam site where I made $45 and withdrawal amount is $75. Here, I had to compare two sites design and need to write three sentences for it which give me $4 for per survey. At first I was really happy to this site and thought I got a duck who gives gold eggs. After making $45, its not giving me any new survey. I waited day by day in the hope of getting new surveys from it and reaching the payout amount of $75. What a fool I was.Later when I joined in mylot and ask mylotters about AWSURVEYS- whether its legit or scam, the survey resulted that its a scam. I just pissed off about my wastage time. Another two sites where I got cheated on are "KANGAROO INVESTMENT" and "OIL STRUCTURE" sites. Where I have to invest minimum $5 to achieve 25% or 50% more after one month. I was doubting whether to join it or not but I was assured by one of my online friend that he got paid by these sites with interest and showed me proof of it. Then I trust him and joined under the referral of him investing $10 in KANGAROO INVESTMENT and $ 5 in OIL STRUCTURE. But I am the most unlucky one to experience those sites turned to SCAM later on :-( My $15 goes in water. So, I now advice people not to join any sites which ask for investment like kangaroo investment and oil structure. Now whenever I joined any new online earning sites, I ask mylotters about their experience on it. This way, I am confirmed weather its a legit or scam site or not.

Readbud is the only scam site I got to join with. But before it fooled me completely I was able to sense it was a scam so I stopped working on it before wasting more time with them. Lots of people were cheated by Readbud. They worked hard to reach the very high payout of 50 dollars only to get either refused for so many fabricated reasons or ignored without a reason after they requested. Too bad, this site is still around and still fooling people.

I was skeptical about readbud but continue reading their articles cos they have many good articles there. I only stop going there when everyone start talking about this site being a scam site.

Yes a number of times. I don't recall all the sites names but it has happened to me at least 3 times. One site was called Gangster Cash. I don't recall the other two sites. I think Opinion Outpost was one of them. I had like 20 dollars in that account when they decided to kick me out of their program.

I am really sad to know about those scam. But you have to accept that; as long as there is internet there will be scam. But we can avoid being scammed if we are more vigilant and research before we actually registering the site. If we invest some time before joining, then we can save lot of our valuable time. Happy myLotting :)

Hi seobuzz, No, I have not. I always do a lot of research on a website before I join or choose to participate. Anything that is not legitimate and trustworthy, I avoid. Also, you should never fall for those websites or programs that claim to make you a lot of money really fast. Those are known as "get rich quick" schemes, and they are all scams.

I am very glad I've never been cheated. It's a very bad experience to go through, and it can really be discouraging to those looking to make money online. I am so glad that was your first and last time being cheated. It's good to be smart and learn how to avoid scams. :-)

It is very discouraging to be cheated. I am aware of it, as I once cheated by paisalive. But these days I have become quite mature in internet, and I do not fall victim of those scam site anymore. Also whenever I notice some fishy website, I try to spread about that website through myLot. That's where is the power of myLot. Happy myLotting :)

It was quite common that I was cheated on the internet in the past. As at that time I didn't know how to tell the scams. If the websites sounded to have a good offer, then I would join it and I would be active to it. But finally I couldn't get paid since they were scams. This is why today I am careful to join new earning websites. I love China
