Would you drive motorcycle go a far place?

It is really dangerous to drive motorcycle at highway. I think i will not take that risk unless i have no choice for that. Yes, most of my friends' parents are not allowed them to take their motorcycle license. However, i think that they should have the license just in case if some emergency happened and you only have motorcycle nearby, then how you gonna survive?

Hi! I have a Yamaha scooter and it can go to far places. But I don't dare to because I know the dangers in a highway. But I guess that's just because I'm a new driver and I'm still not confident with my driving skills. My brother has a motorcycle and he use it to go to far places. He's a much veteran driver compared to me and he's the one teaching me to drive. Well, my point is, it depends on the kind of driver if driving a motorcycle will be bad or not. If a driver is like me, a newbie, then driving to go to a far place will not be advisable unless the person is driving with a driving teacher. Same goes for reckless people, I don't think they should take a long drive. If the driver is a veteran and a patient driver at that matter, then I guess chances of accident is slim.

My first motor cycle was Rajdoot, i bought in 1974, next was a Chetak scooter fulluy imported, next was Chetak again but India made, now i have an LML Vespa scooter , i use them inside my city only, but if i have to go far, i hire a taxi car always, though it is costly..lol Thanks for sharing Best of luck. I love taking rides on motorbike but to be honest I can't ride bikes . I have always wanted to but failed. I mean the handles are too heavy for me to handle and somehow I can't. But I can drive cars heheh. Anyway I love going on long rides with my friends. I know it's really scary when thye speed it up and I tell not to do so when I'm behind.

Safety is a big concern while driving in highways. But driving your favorite motorcycle in a highway is real pleasure. The smooth ride. Free of traffic jams. Hence free of headaches(you should see my city's traffic). So driving in a highway is purely an ecstasy for me.

when i will not encourage any of my family member to drive motorcycle on a highway because of a lot of accident that occur on highway. if they do want to drive motorcycle they should do so on a long path.
