Exodus, Truth, and "Politics"

In Exodus 15:18, God makes a (blood, perpetual) Covenant with Abram (then called Abraham)..... "On that day the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying "To your descendants I have given this land, From the river(Wadi)of Egypt as far as the great river, the river Euphrates:..." (see through 15:20) When God makes a Covenant, He obligates Himself to fulfill his perpetual promise. God also made Abraham the promise of a son, Isaac, the "son of promise". Unfortunately, Sara (Sarai) took matters into her own hands and thus began the greatest family feud from the beginning of civilization to the present, the coming end of civilization as we know it: the conflict between Isaac and Ishmael, represented today by modern Israel and the modern Islamic/Muslim nations. Fast forward to modern day current events, history, and "politics". The fulfillment of earliest history (from the Tigris-Euphrates "cradle of civilization: now Iraq/Iran/Israel) and Bible prophecy is upon us as the central issue to the survival of the free world and the coming Armageddon. We can no longer deny the truth at any level; so doing can only leave lies, deception, decimation, destruction. http://atlahmedianetwork.org/?p=15835 The legal scholar, Edmund Burke, spoke the foundational principle of law: "All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing". The basis for all of law is spiritual and rests on a sound morality. Though good and evil are not empirically verifiable as is a table, their existence is so obvious that it could almost be "cut by a knife", e.g. violence, murder, deception, lies, etc. The lessons of history tell us that the existence of any society hinges on a sound morality and that societies die when that morality is abandoned through deception, apathy, and complacency. America has come to that very crossroads. The corollary to Burke's principle is "ignoring evil allows evil to perpetuate until evil can no longer be ignored". Only truth (good) can keep us free. Because of our apathy, complacency, and compromised morality (evil), America is now at the edge of decimation as a sovereign nation, under the rule of a foreign and domestic enemy, a criminal usurper sitting illegally, unconstitutionally in the WH and having the power to destroy all of the free world. Lies and destruction (evil) now in play will allow the lawlessness (antichrist=lawless one)to foment the ultimate chaos that will destroy America's sovereignty and that of other nations as well. As Henry Kissinger has said, "Obama will usher in the NWO." Hence, Armageddon. It is no accident that Obama, Soetoro, Dunham, Soebarkah, is, in fact, a Muslim masquerading as a Christian, just as he is a dual-national (probably illegal alien) masquerading as an American "president". Even if you don't believe this truth, you can see by everything he does and says that he hates America and Israel and that he is a lawless person having committed some 40 impeachable offenses only one of which would have another president removed. When he say he has been to every one of our 57 states, what he means is the 57 "states" in the Arab League, which he "consulted" and began an unconstitutional war in Libya. If anyone in our Congress, courts, or media, all guilty and complicit in the ineligibility, lies, sedition/treason, and cover-up of imposter Obama, expect an unconstitutional "president" to do anything but unconstitutional things, they are tragically mistaken. We have become a nation of fools, played and deceived by an arrogant criminal, divided and conquered, as is his mission of jihad. I do not know if America is referenced in Revelation, but I do know that deception is hallmark of the end of the age and the once "land of the free and the home of the brave" is drowning in deception and cowardice at the hand of our corrupt "government" and our own selves. God has blessed America with liberty through His truth and protections, but we have chosen, instead, to self-destruct by denying our Creator and His truth in favor of lies, deception, and the tyranny of man. God help us if we do not recognize the consuming battle of the ages that we are engaged in and take a stand for truth and justice, good vs evil, that is the nature of our existence from the foundations of the earth. But why should He continue to help and protect a people who deny his very existence and His sovereignty? In denying His sovereignty, we may lose our own.

Well said Epicure. I found this ages ago. It is from Canada Free Press. Aparently the folks up there are more worried about our losses than we are. There are more than 75 crimes (or at least misdomeaners)Obama has committed. http://www.canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/26650

Dear, dear Debra, Thank you so much for your wisdom, discernment, insights and prayers. Words really do fail and I wish for millions more like you so we could do something more than just "talk at it". I call Congress almost every day; I also call local and state officials. I pray that Allen West will finally stand for the truth and support the sacrifice of Terry Lakin as well. There are some interns in some of the Congressional offices that are not rude and do acknowledge the facts, but who knows what actually gets to members. Many state officials flat out acknowledge the truth of his ineligibility, but still refuse to unite and act. Yes, he alone, is not the whole of our problem of insufficiency as a country, but he sure is the lynchpin. It's so very obvious that there's a supernatural component here as well, so we must continue in prayer a la IIChronicles 7:14. I wrote a "Letter to the Editor" to my local newspaper and he refused to print it. It included the definition of "natural-born" citizen from Art.II, Section 1, Clause 5, yet he insisted that "the whole birther" issue had been put to rest. I am not a birther and I hope to be rather a "truther" as God wants us to stand for truth and justice (Proverbs 21 and 28). The editor also said I'd be excoriated and my reputation ruined if he printed my letter. I'm sure he was thinking of himself as well. So much for "freedom of speech" and "freedom of the press".

I'm finding that there are millions out there who love truth. Trouble is, there are millions on the left as well who do not. You are correct, there is a supernatural element to this mess we are in. I know you read prophecy in the Bible and believe it to be the Word of God. It is going to take place Epicure. We know that. The task before us is not to stop the downfall, but to pull as many out of the fire as we can. I post many political and often controversial topics. I have done so with the prayer that someone will ask themselves why all this is happening and with the intention of pulling some out of the fire of unbelief and even worse, apathy. If people start thinking deeper than the sound bytes they hear on TV and the inernet, perhaps they will start thinking about HOW we got here and WHAT is the real solution. Getting right with God, of course. You sound as if you are getting weary. http://www.tenbasicsteps.org/english/abundantlife/step2l6.htm Stop for awhile and refresh yourself. God is good. He does not want us fearful. Most of all, pray daily for strength for YOURSELF as well as others. That link is a good study guide. I use it and I have benefited from it. I will pray with you too. God give us the strength to stand for what is true. But most of all, to love God with all we are and to love others as ourselves. hugs
