Gay marriage is now legal in the state of New York. What are your thoughts on this issue? Personally I am very glad that they are now allowed to marry.

I can smell the drama already, haha. Personally I don't agree with it, but what's done is done. I believe that marriage should stay man-woman, not man-man or woman-woman, just as God intended. With that said, it is their choice, and even if marriage between a gay couple wasn't legal, they'd still be in a relationship anyway.

That is true. Unfortunately God's already made up His mind when it comes to this. If only people would listen :( Ah well, I still have nothing against any of them, and wish the best for them all.

Ah yes the drama lol. God really isnt an issue for me when it comes to this topic. I am a proud atheist, however, I do respect others that are religious. I just wish that they would realize how much this means to homosexuals in America.

I respect that. To each their own, right? I'm just glad you aren't the type to bash Christians. We need more atheists like you in this world. Lol!!

Yes i think it is kind of fine. And its every individual's personal choice to live their life the way they want. In India gay relationships have been declared legal last year. So not too many people are happy with this decision as India's background about its culture and people. But i think with time we all need to change and keep on walking.

I didn't realize that India made it legal! Thats great! I wish America would follow suit in all states. It would make Americans a lot happier, well most of us.

I say it's about time. It is the sixth state in the United States to legalize it.. well depends if you count California, since it was legal for a short time. All people are equal and all deserve the same rights. If someone doesn't agree with gay marriage, they don't have to get one. I love love. I support gay marriage. Namaste.

I love your statement " I love love." I am going to start using that from now on. I hope that other states follow suit.

Just the thought makes my stomach squirm. This is even against the bible so why are they trying to spread this nonsense? Have the church been infested with gay people? It's like Resident Evil, only, gays are swarming around instead of zombies.

Yes there will be drama for that. I really don't care for it but who am I to say who you can or can't be married too or who you can or cannot love. It's a choice in their lives they have made. But yes there will be drama over it because it has a lot of people against gay marriage.

I think that having an open mind, like yourself is great. Although you do not like it you do not tell others how to run their lives. Kudos to you!
