As the title stated above, I live outside of USA, Can I get paid too?

Malaysia is on the list of acceptable countries: http://www.mylot.com/o/ppcountry.aspx so you can get paid. You don't need a verified PayPal account unless you want to transfer your earnings to your bank account/credit card.

Yes, you can. You can link your paypal account to your public bank account. At first it may seem difficult to you, but if you follow the step by step instruction, it can be done
