Eversince I got a Percolator in my room, I have decided to just drink lukewarm water instead of going downstairs to get ice and cold water. They say that warm water is healthier compared to the cold, I have heard that from a lot of my friends who, like me, are big-boned. Over the last couple of days, since I have sore eyes and am isolated in my room, I have seen that it indeed feels better to drink lukewarm water instead of cold drink. It makes me feel better, and it doesn't make me feel bloated and stuff. I think there's really something good out of drinking this alternative. Not to mention that my teeth don't act out when I drink lukewarm instead of cold water. What do you think? Have you tried? Have a great MyLot experience today! Thanks in advance for participating in my discussion.

I drink more water when its lukewarm instead of ice cold, i didnt know that it was suppose to be healthier for you i don't see how it can be since its just the temperature changed not anything else but thats just me. i am like you ice cold water hurts my teeth even if i am really hot i would rather just have some water out of my sink faucet than out of the fridge door

I don't really know if this holds true, but a friend of mine explained that the body could adjust to warm water more than cold because our system or stomachs are already warm in the first place, perhaps cold water freezes things and causes some adjustments to be made before they could work well.. Well, I don't really know. Thanks for dropping by!

There are many times that when I buy bottled water, or gallons of water from somewhere that I will drink it warm more than cold. I do prefer it not being so cold to hurt my teeth, etc. and it for me, seems to quench my thirst a little faster as well. Have considered a machine for bottled water, etc. but would be one to let the water sit in my glass, etc. before wanting to drink it as well.

Usually during the summar season we diring cold water to subside our thirst. But in reality when we drink cold water we feel thirsy again and again. Insted try to take warm wate, gradually you love it and do not feel thirsty like before. The hotwater gives good feelings and sensation.
