coping with stress

i had a travel agency business for 15 years yet i always experienced so much stresses specially when all the booking is not corfirmed yet because it high season and fully booked. it gives me more anxiety and back pain and numbness half of my body..besides for my business you have the family to attend too, your community group and of course friends and relatives thats needs ur help too..wow sometimes i just take my stresses as that..can you recommend to me how to cope stresses easily?

I share your feeling, especially running own business, I stress because lately because business is not good...anyway try to put on some soft relaxing music (you can go to YouTube.com). Listening to hymmal (if you are a Christian) helps too. I have a little shihtzu dog that keep me occupy and release stress. Doing art work is one of my favourite, I do art painting on stone (check it out at community.art-is-fun.com) I presume that doing something you like and interest will help release stress.

hi janebernal i can understand your problem completely and problems which you are facing everyday, as i am working with sq custumer care, I can understand the stress when you are not getting confirm flight......you might have called on our toll free no or i might have spoken to you many times to cnfrm the flt however we also cant do anything when seats are not available........in such stress condition after finishing the call what do I do, I go to the recreation/conference room and sit alone forawhile, do not think anything in one word need to do meditation......and trust me this will help you becouse it is helping me....... thank you have a great day!!!!

I you have been dealing with stress for quite some time now then it is time to do yourself a favor to take a break. Listen to what your body is telling you. You have to be stress free and live a positive and healthy life to achieve your happiness. Throw out the all the negative things in your life and focus on the positive ones. Find time to connect with the nature, that really helps. God Bless!

when you are home... do give time to your family and dnt think of your career life..........take care of your self this is a good way of coping with stress, go for exercise,,,,,,,,,have healthy food!!!!!!!! best of luck!!!

I feel for you maam. I have the same feeling everyday though we differ on our field of work. But what I have tried these past few days are amazingly changed my stressful days into an awesome day. Why not try meditating maam. It doesn't mean you have to be in solitude and in peace to do these. You just have to feel the inner you and find peace within. I am always on computer so my technique is to be quiet for awhile, close my eyes and just listen. I know it's kinda weird but in a few minutes you'll find peace and feel recharged. Or I highly recommend meditation music. You can play it in your office and by just hearing it will make you feel more relaxed. But you don't have to do all these things maam. It's just a suggestion :)

Almost everyone has stress. And they all have different ways of dealing with it. Give yourself a break if only for a few moments. Exercise is a great stress releiver too. Make some time for yourself!

Well handling stress is a big challenge for all of us. Stress is a factor where our minds are been garbed with tensions and when intentions are not fulfilled they are a very big problem for us to handle. Now in order to overcome stress there are many ways to handle them. The first key to remove stress is have some entertainment in our lives, we always have lots of work to do and never get time to entertainment or do some sporty activities, by doing some sport activities we make our bodies active. Apart from that having an outing with friends like a movie or a dinner at a restaurant will help in bursting stress for us. We can also do some small time exercises that will make us stress free. So i think if we follow such things in life we will surely be free from stress in our life.

cope with job stress are the most convenient way is to enjoy the work itself. Try to enjoy the moment - when you serve customers. Enjoy when you are conversing with them.

I know it must be really stressful for you I would suggest you to do some breathing exercises in the morning and try doing yoga for your back pain!
