Gardening and Goats

Goat in my Garden - I keep goats for feeding themselves in my garden but they damage plants, an animalistic tendency.

I love gardening and so have planted many a trees in the garden attached to my home. I also like to have goats for the most healthful milk they provide to me and my fellow villagers. But the two have conflicting natures. The garden provides a lot of green leaves to the goats but the goats peel off their bark and kill them. This way I have lost many precious trees of my garden. For this I hate goats but still keep them for their valuable milk albeit under some control.

That can be a problem if you don't have enough room to keep the goats away from trees or other plants. Can you tether them where they can't reach the trees?

Garden provides nourishment to goats in more than one ways - a clean green environment and enough food. One way I have adopted now is to keep the goats tied in the garden, but all goats don't like it.

That's a good idea. Goats are hard to contain.
