i have a pigeon

my aunt found an injured pigeon and stuff and she brought it home with her and now im taking care of it until its all better and stuff so far this has been the 4th day and it seems to get better looks like a few more days before it flies i have been feeding it cheese poofs and other stuff and been keeping it inside a grill thing outside our house during the night but will leave her in a box inside our house soon i dont thiink there is a vet in my city but i never really looked and it does not look like it is in pain has not pecked me or anyhting has been rather calm
it cant fly or walk im still not sure it is permant hope it is not though

It is so lovely that your aunt brought the injured pigeon to safety. It is superb that you are taking great care of the little bird. There is lots of hope that after some rest and care the pigeon will be a well bird. He or she is calm so that is excellent. It is a shame there isn't a vet in your city. I once found an injured sea gull. I took him to a sea life center and they made him better. Good luck with your dear little pigeon. I really like pigeons and think they are wonderful little birds.

my aunt plan was to leave it to the cats or her dog because she is evila and good when it comes to animals like she injured bird healed it then feed it to her lizzard

I hope too. Pigeons needs very little care. So, you can pet it. It is one of the finest creatures in the world, at least I think so. We had a big herd of pigeons in our village home. I loved them. I had a favorite among them. She was white with a blue (dark) strip at the neck. I miss her!!!

it seems like it got used to the chair i had it in i just remembered it i have some boxes in room instead of having outside in grill cuz at night 3 cats surround the grill i close it at night

We once found a pigeon about 5 years back.It was still in the growing stage and had fallen out of the nest.We have a cage with several compartments where we keep fan tailed pigeons.We kept this young pigeon in one compartment and fed it maize seeds which were ground with water.Slowly it became bigger gained strength and would fly out only to return by evening.This happened for a few months till it found a female and left.But the pair came back and laid eggs in our first floor window sill.It used to return in this manner for several years.Your discussion reminded me of this incident.I commend you for showing love and affection on the injured pigeon and taking care of it.You are doing a noble deed.

Friend pigeons require much care.
But once you have gone then we will take good care of it.
I am glad that there are such people.
