Was it a dream? Or just your imagination?

Have you ever been confused whether you really dreamed of something or whether you just imagined it before going to sleep? Sometimes it happens to me and I have no idea what it really is! Does everyone imagine things before sleeping? Like daydreaming before you go to sleep? Or is it just me?

dreams or even nightmares are only a Flash Feedback of the mind, it recalls something in the past.... just re-indexing..... for future (when you wake-up) work again (inputting data).... just like comparing to a computer (processor, memory)... "please wait, while the data is still processing" or... "please wait, while the computer is still re-indexing" or.... "please wait, while the system is de-fragmentation"

I pretty much know, at least after the fact, if something was a dream or not... Having said that, I had a roommate who several times woke up mad at me, until I finally got to the point where I'd tell her "I don't know what you dreamed I did, but I didn't do it!"

I know what you mean! Sometimes I'll think of something from a while ago and I can't remember if it was a dream of if it actually happened in real life. I don't know why I get so confused like this and sometimes it gets frustrating. Or sometimes I'll have lucid dreams where I'm half-awake and half-asleep. It's a really weird feeling.

I also felt that way sometimes and I get so confused about it too. I keep on thinking about it sometimes and I ended up anxious. So if i felt that sometimes I just erase it on my conscious mind and sleep.

Sometimes I wish I could just "erase" it too. But sometimes I want it to be real that I sometimes imagine it is real

Yes, dream is just dream, not reality. When you sleep everyone dreams, you will dream that you are in reality, but when you woke up your dream vanishes and you will be in reality, sometimes it felt confusing. Some people said that daydreaming is really true, that your dream come true.

Dream or reality, as long as it is good, it is welcome!

Oh man. This has happened to me many times. usually it's like a weird memory from long ago, maybe even a few years old. I have trouble recalling it, and I can't distinguish whether or not it's a dream. I have no idea what could cause this, but it feels really weird. You know you did something in the past, but can't remember if it was real. your mind can play some real nasty tricks on you sometimes.

When I was not able to sleep at night, even after reading or watching movies, I would imagine a world of my own... But I know exactly that it was a daydreaming cause my own world consists of bizarre things...

Friend actual dream means our day to day thoughts and all activity which is in our mind full day that will came in our dream this happens some time. But some time we have seen in the dream about which we never thought. So we cant say dream means full imagination.

But it reflects what happened to us.

I have had that happen to me in the past. But I can say honestly that lately I am not having any dreams. I might be, but I do not remember anything when I get up. But there are instances like this in life while we are awake. Sometimes things happen that seem a little too surreal.

It happens with a lot of people. Mind is in 3 different states, conscious when fully awake, unconscious when in sleep and subconscious when you actually dream and that's the reason you get this feeling.
