When I grow Up I'd like to be a Doctor, Nurse, Teacher, Lawyer, Engineer, Architect, Manager! These are the lines we usually answer our relatives when we were yet small kids,High positions we possess when we were young and the world was young and now we are old and the world as well, the same is our dream, to be the BOSS. I really liked to be one. There's a problem. I kinda dislike Mine. My Boss it's because of some reasons not everything though, just a bit. My Boss can't live without me. Dependent of my presence. Sometimes I find it nice and I'm important but oftentimes don't have liberty. :). But I keep on praying They'll not call on a Sunday Service. Sometimes they did i ignored them anyway he understood it. They have no choice but to wait till Monday. Sometimes not careful with their words; i think they don't know that words can kill and insults can shut off dreams. But I'm praying for my Heart to be a shock-proof heart so that everything will slip away. Sometimes they think of me as SHOCK ABSORBER. Oh i really don't like this thing. I just absorb whatever they say, I do not have a choice anyway. And there are lot more things,i do not like about them. They Do not know It's hard. But of course they also have BEST Sides. He is generous and patient. That's BIG thing. Sometimes easy to deal with. Sometimes He knows how to apologize when the mistake is obvious, that's the good one. And sometimes were like Father and Daughter, there's this once we forgot we were in a meeting He is instructing me to announce something and i think it's just his authority to announce to people in his level not mine so i said boss you go announce what you want to announce, and the BOSS said to me NO you go announce, and were like passing the microphone to each other (funny) yes i knew sometimes were so unprofessional haha. I didn't know someone noticed us a staff like me, she's watching us and she is laughing saying you are like father and daughter. However, I am glad they are like that, honestly in the end of every tear i cry for the pain sometimes they give me, at the very bottom of it, there's still Thanks giving in my heart. I wanted to be a BOSS right? So I have to learn from them and experience all of those, at least they taught me so much, so when it's my turn I will know the Do's and Don'ts... God said Blessed are those who endures until the END. Sometimes we do not understand Ones plan for us, how they treat us, painful? silly and awkward as it may, let us learn to always feel the very bottom of every situation. All things work together for good. Do you have a boss like mine? Do you admire him to be someone you dream of? Share your Boss' Story...This is inspired by the other who posted that She's amazed by her boss...

I like my current boss. I have never wanted to have any of those types of careers, I have never cared much about money, and I have never wanted to be a boss at all. I have never once envied any of them. I would hate their jobs. My boss is just some guy trying to make it like the rest of us. I have honestly never heard a kid say that they wanted to be a manger. Maybe if their parent was one, but most don't think of that sort of thing I would guess. Truth is, I don't think children worry about power like adults do. They just want to do something great for the world.

"They just want to do something great for the world.", that's a sign from them, a sign of desire to have the power.

It's good you do not have attachment with money. And right BOSS's jobs are difficult. Because they always think how to give us our wages.

I do not believe it is a sign of desire for power. If a child wants to be a doctor, they have no idea how much a doctor makes. They want to be a doctor because they want to help people. If a child wants to be a dancer, it is not because they want to be famous. They want to do it because it is fun. If they want to be a police officer, it is not because they want to be able to arrest people or give them tickets. They want to be a police officer because they want to protect us from the bad guys. Children, young children anyway, do not truly understand the concept of power. This greed comes later in life.

Maybe your are your own boss so you understand its hard to be a boss. But simply by treating your employee a little bit good makes a lot of different to the working environment. Try it. You may not regret.

Your right, bro ... Became the boss is a dream of many people. A lot of money, respected by subordinates, can be give instruction everyone, actually became the dream of many workers like me. One reason I admire my current boss is his ability to manage money. The company where I work now, not a large company with a system managament company as usual. The company is a private company, with immediate practical management in the hands of one person, namely my boss. Unlike small firms, we as his employees have never experienced delays about salary. Everything was right, there is no word "tomorrow" or "pending" for the money. Things like this that which make me impress with my boss. He can set the company's money by appropriately

That's great then, not many are like that, not many knows how to handle money, that's the problem of most companies. You have a nice BOSS.

Well, my boss isn't really the stereotypical always-angry-and-fat boss. She's mellow but still has authority. She seems like a nice person. I'm really not sure because I'm just starting out on this new job. Only time will tell, I guess, it she's a princess or a witch.

I have had a boss who was so annoying for some reasons: first, he doesn't acknowledge every task I do; second, he doesn't know how to show some respect; third, he doesn't accept excuses and last on the list, he doesn't care if you're tired or not as long as you have to do the task. I was really upset during that time. I simply don't know what to do. What I was thinking during that time was to go for another company and leave all the tasks behind. But, momentarily, I started to appreciate all the pressures he had given me. These negatives made me really strong to undertake other challenges in life. You may not know it but there are some reasons as to why your boss acts like that. He is the boss and we're the employee so better follow the orders or quit the job. I think the best step that you can do is to love the job as if you have none. ^_^

Yes that's right, I may not really love this job i have but i just enjoy the things i learned and use them for my next endeavor. Sometimes I am thinking of things such as a requirement from the boss before they hire an employee...the ENDURANCE tests...
