I do believe and fear. However, there's nothing we can do but wait. I don't believe that it has anything to do with God though. I think all of this has to do with extraterrestrials, but maybe I'm just thinking too much.

As I know, It's the last year in Mayans Calendar. And in this year, there're some events of the galaxy that only occur after each several thousands years. This may be a coincidence. But I think time will answer this. That day is coming nearer, but don't care much about it.

I move believe than disbelieve, after learning Mayans and The Hopis said that. They are apart from each other, different times and yet saying the same things about these prophecies and the BEGINING of humanity. Check out ancient alien theory, I think you'll find very intersting.

I do not think that the world might have its ending in 2012. One can hear many expressions that God is angry with mankind for their sins and would like to stop the existence of the world. I do not think that something extraordinary might suddenly happen that would mean the end of the world and all the creatures living in it. There have been various predictions, of course, end of the world dates set before, but they have just made different people afraid, the news to talk about for some time.

Will 2012 be the end? I think this a view according to the calendar, from the Mayans who lived in Mexico. In the calendar the Mayans, predicted that in the period 1992-2012 the earth will be purified. Then human civilization will end this now and starting entering a new civilization. In the history of ancient civilizations of the world, the Mayans like the fall from the sky, having a brilliant time, then mysteriously disappeared. They mastered the knowledge of astronomy is special and deep, perfect dating system, an elaborated astronomical calculations and methods of abstract thought that high. Perfection and accuracy of the times make people wonder! But I believe that the end of the world is God's will. So it can happen whenever God wills.

It definitely won't happen. Earthquakes, megafloods, meteor strikes, and volcanic eruptions all won't happen in a single day just because it's the last day on a calendar that most people don't even use anymore. I actually used to believe, but over time, I saw how illogical it would be when all these different natural disasters occur on just one day, wiping out almost every trace of human civilization on the planet. Well, it might happen in another timeline, another universe - there's actually a very, very, very extremely low chance of it happening.

I don't think that the year 2012 will be the end - end of what? If you mean only a calendar, a way of time measure, maybe yes, but life on earth or this existence itself, no. Natural calamities keep on happening all the time, the earth's crust is just that - floating mass that floats on the liquid below it and hence is unstable sometime - connecting any earthquake or volcano or lava flow to what has been interpreted of the Mayan calendar could be just co-incidental, if and when something happens post December 2012. No offence intended.

2012 will be the end of the current cycle of Earth through the ages. Noone from our time has agreed on a particular date, but it the Earth is soon to enter the Aquarius Age. It is the first constellation in the cycle. Noone who knows what they are talking about has ever made any such claim that it will be the end of the world or the end of mankind. It is said to have been wrongly translated in the Bible that He will be with us even until the end of the world. It is claimed to originally have said ..until the end of the AGE, which makes perfect sense if you understand the stars and their relation to many different religious stories.

I don't think it is very likely that the world will end in 2012.Correct me if i am wrong but this is based on a Mayan calendar ending in 2012 well if the mayans were so brilliant at prediction why did the arrival of the conquistadors come as such a surprise.I doubt we would doubt actually making a calendar that goes that far into the future we probably can work it out now with a computer but i doubt any one else has written it down on paper.

I don't believe the world will end in 2012, there have been many such predictions over the years and none has come to past. I believe no man knows when the end is. It's one of those things, such as no individual really knows the time, hour, or day he or she will die
