Facebook Offends?

Why do you think people get offended so easily on facebook and also, are you one who finds yourself taking post offensively or the wrong way at times.. Why do you think this happens so often?

Facebook can post everything to offend some. Yet there must be such a social network does not otherwise be interested. haha

On the internet there is no tone, so you have no idea how people are saying anything.

Without meaning any offense, why do people come to mylot in order to say things about facebook? Is facebook that bad that you can't post any criticism there? As a person who doesn't use facebook, I am sick of hearing the name. Mylot isn't facebook's back yard!

I wasn't really aware of how many people use mylot to say things about facebook. I don't search for those kinds of post to comment on or any that I wouldn't like to comment about. I can and have posted criticism on facebook plenty of times, I just thought it would be interesting to see what people from mylot thought about why people get offended so easily on facebook. Who said that mylot is facebook's backyard? Sorry to say but facebook is mentioned everywhere these days, even on TV and almost all over the internet! Just saying I was looking for opinions about this particular topic not about why people comment on mylot posts that they are sick of hearing about... :-) That does sound like a good post to start though, thanks for the idea!

Mykaylala: I think we do need that topic. I am biased, so I'll leave it to you. tbb: As much as I would like to see your criticism of mylot, I still wont join facebook!
