How to handle exam stress ?

Is there anyone who can advice the community on handling the exam stress? because it will be more useful for students in this community.

Hi ckdbandara , Hmmm u seem to be tenst for exams may be nearing ... now its easy to advice but tough to take it...now sit back and relax for a while,letme visualize to u the art of escaping stress 1.SIT BACK AND JUST CLOSE UR EYES ... YEAH CLOSE IT NOW 2.THINK OF WHATEVER COMES TO UR MIND APART FROM STUDIES (CINEMA,GAMES,ANYTHING) 3.U R STILL THINKING ONLY RIGHT ??? U WILL SEE A WHOLE NEW WORLD IN SOME COLOUR AND U MAY FIND URSELF IN IT TOO 4.EXPLORE THAT WORLD TO THE MAXIMUM POSSIBLE EXTENT..DREAM AS MUCH AS U CAN (This will result in sub conscious memory power gaining the alpha state that is attributed only to saints and sages) 5.U HAVE NOW ATTAINED THE EXCITED STATE ,SLOWLY RISE UP AND LOOK TOWARDS A NEARBY MIRROR THAT WILL HELP U DOUBLE UR ENERGY MOST IMPORTANT : AFTER DREAMING JUST DONT JUMP OUT ,RUB UR PALMS AND FOLLOW STEP 5 U WOULD HAVE SURELY FOUND SOMETHING NICE,NOW SETTLE DOWN TO STUDY , STRESS WOULD HAVE SURELY EVAPORATED CONTACT ME FOR MORE QUERIES... I recommend that you just relax and take things easy. Get plenty of sleep and remember to treat yourself. After you finish studying why don't you go to the gym so that you can release your stress through doing weights. I know it works for me but then I guess everyone is different. Chill out though man! One Exam won't make much difference.

I think everyone has their own way of handling stress. For me, I personally try to grab points as much as possible while studying for it and when it tries to stress me out, I take a break and maybe eat something I really love, like ice cream for example. And after a few minutes I go back to studying again. The thing is I take short breaks and do things that make me happy and fresh like listening to music, or going to a near by park for a quick walk.

Have a calm mind with meditation physically and mentally with breathing exercises, this helped me to divert my tension and concentration in exam with clear mind. i used to exercise to free my mind of all unwanted things and clear it and then study for the exam, and the moto to lead me was to try hard it dosnt matter if you pass or fail all that matter is that you tried your best.

Yes indeed which matters is not pass or fail but tried on our best! but when it comes to last moment of exam it is really hard to concentrate on meditation kind of things as well what do you think about theme music for the exam season kind of a thing. i practiced it last time and id worked to some extent. :)
