I have the most boring ring tones on my cell and would love to find some funny ringtones for some of my contacts. Oh do you know how to send ringtones from one cell phone to another too? So do you know of any site where I can download any free ringtones for my cell phone?

I have always used funformobile.com, you can send the ringtones and pictures to your cell phone with a text message, and most phones will allow you to save it from there. Only some phones will allow you to send ringtones to another phone, either you can forward the message, or attach it. There should be an option to save the sound as a ringtone when it is received in a picture message.
