Just back - feeling refreshed....

Hi friends...I was away on a trip and just arrived. I was very much eager to jump into mylot to keep myself active and also be in touch with you all... How do you feel when you are on a small vacation and come here with all that eagerness to make yourself active once again....

I'm glad you had a small vacation. We just came back from a small vacation too. It really does help to recharge ones batteries and get a new perspective on things. Glad to see you back here on myLot. Have a great day and happy myLotting!!!

LOL what is a vacation. I have not had one since 2006. I did enjoy that week and I was not looking forward to getting back into my real job once I got home. At that time I had not discovered MyLot. A vacation is nice and refreshing though and gives you much energy. I am glad you enjoyed yours!

Vow wonderfull - vacation means vacating all the stress and strain and enjoying - LOL That is a vacation...which refreshes us and fills energy to go dashing with all that we wsant to do.. Nice that you have tasted vacation and also glad to note you enjoyed that...

I feel guilty for being absent in a day,what more for a short vacation and how short is that short vacation anyway? Could it be 4 days, a week or a month. No,I can't stand that long , i will always find a way to open mylot and check what is going on here :) anyway,good to know you are back and back mylotting again

[b]Vacations vary from person to person depending upon their individual tastes. And,I feel there is nothing to feel guilty about...because our personal works are important too. [/b] Vacation makes one to vacate the drowziness one accumulate by the busy work.

I too felt refreshed when I went on a 5 day vacation two weeks ago. I was so excited to post comments and be really active in Mylot. I missed reading all the topics that suits my interest. Before going on a vacation, I thought about bring my laptop so that I can continously work on MyLot. But then again I changed my mind, I figured it would not feel like a vacation if I keep going online. So after five days, i felt energetic and ready to read and post.

Nice to hear that...yes, we feel a littlebit away from the site missing the discussions but everything is a process....yes we have to miss because we are enjoying the vacation.. Any how fresh topics arise and still you can find out the topics of your interest... Good luck and enjoy mylot..

Even though i've really only just started on myLot, I had to go away for a week a few weeks ago when I didn't have any internet - and I really missed myLot!! Since I've been back I have been trying to be very active and contribute a lot. I have to go away again next week so I better make up for lost time and be doubly active while I'm here!

Yes, our personal work also is important and we have to give first priority to that. Of course our interest will be more to do a lot of posting here but it is not possible always... I appreciate your thoughts and one should have that spirit...Very good to note that.. Good luck and happy mylotting..

I'm too new here for that to have happened. But I can see that this could be kind of a nice habit. I'm sure I'd feel the same as you do. Plus when you go away, you have experiences you can discuss here. I'll be watching for discussions about your trip.

really happy to see your lovely animated avatar again. This means that you are reactive again I had unexpected incident to busy with for the past few days. Therefore during those days, I didn't have extra time to participate in the post writing that I really enjoy usually. I did my favorite post writing again yesterday. I hope I could have more time to do my favorite post writing here as before. Yeah, if the heavy schedule keeps us exhausted it's sure that we won't have energy to indulge in our favorite routine here for sure. Lol...unless we are back with fully refreshed and energetic. Posting here is very m,uch interesting which makes us creative.. This is what I have studied.And Enjoy that too....!! People who are busy need a small vacation to get charged up in order to face the future challenges dashingly...this is my formula.

Because I live in Florida there are many cruises that are very close to me. I try to get on 3-4 a year even if they are little 4-day ones to the Bahamas. Every once in a while you need to replenish yourself and get away from the everyday grind. Glad you're back! Zelo

That is good to note...and it is very interesting too,because here at our place it is a rare one to see...do you take a ny photographs of the beautiful changes occured during your travel.....??? To be away from the every day grand is a must for people who are busy as the mind is equipped with many thoughts....

Welcome back Busybee. Where did you go ? I am sure you had an exciting time. In fact, I have not had a vacation this year, in fact for the last two years. I am looking forward to go on a vacation soon, and since it is in the summer, I think I will go and enjoy the time on the Rockies.

I am back with full of energy and see so many compliments from very good and loving friends here.This love I did not receive even with my real friends in life. I appreciate your interest in knowing about my trip. I had been to Maharashtra as to attend a spiritual function... The 1st Ekadashi which is celebrated in Pandharpur with lot of devotion. The wonder is devotees walk all the way from PUNE to Pandharpur by walk.... which takes them nearly a month to reach. The carry all the necessary items with them. That is the greatness of India and the spiritual belief .. I spent a weeks time here. Here only one photo can be uploaded hence am unable to show the others. any how if interested can send your mail id so that I can show them to you personally... I am sorry for the Browse option is not functioning… Just take a vacation as it gives lot of relief....

I feel like i've just gotten out of prison and want to make discussions until my fingers hurt. It feels good to be back to mylot after a short vacation. But in my case i actually haven't gone for a vacation. Though i'm not here during the weekends to start or respond, i do take a peek to check what's happening. Welcome back!

Wov,toniganzon ,it is so nice to go through your message,and yes the true passion one has really makes to write until the fingers cry..this is what happened to me too. Once in a while giving a break to writing and alloting rest to the fingers is a must which gives us lot of relaxation. Any how try to make yourself free for atleast a brief time and see the changes. U will really enjoy.... Thanks for your lovely greetings...

i started with mylot just a week ago, i received positive feedback from fellow members and im happy here. there are times that during breaks i would log in to my account just to see if there are new responses to the discussions that i started, and i feel happy reading them. i believe mylot is successful in creating a homey feeling that makes us all too excited to login and communicate with others. hope you are having a great day!

Yes, I am a senior member here and have lot of passion in either posting discussions or responding to them depending up on the taste and leave others...this is my choice here.
