Messages in MyLot..!!!

Dear All, I have a doubt...!!! If I want to send a message to all my friends in MyLot, how can I do it?? Is there a "select all friends" option somewhere or do I have to do it on at a time??? Share your views... Balu

Hi balu! I'm curious why you'd like to send a message to all your friends? I don't think there's a send all feature in the messages to prevent MyLot users from spamming others' mails. Anyway, you can send a couple of mails in a day, one by one if you're really determined to do what you want to do.hehehe

Good for you balu. I often receive spammy mails here in MyLot. I don't really mind them if they just come once in a blue moon. I could enjoy receiving new earning sites.hihihi..

Dear Beingwell, I actually do not have any plans of sending mails or messages...!!! I was checking on the various facilities of the site...!!!.. I have actually not spent enough time checking the facilities and option yet. One day I got time and I was doing so and I had certain doubts like how to upload my profile picture (to which I got replies, but some how I still could not upload my picture...!!!)... Then I was looking for other options and a message option like that we have in our mobiles is something that came up in my mind...!!!! So I checked for it and could not find it out... so I inquired.... What that inquiry told me is that every one is "spam conscious"... which is great....!!!! But I tell you.. no one will get spams from me and I normally do not open them either...!!!! Too lazy and very badly organized to do such things...!!! Just to make myself clear...!!!! Share your views... Balu

Hello, balu. Are you talking of messages known as Personal messages or do you mean responses/ comments? As far as I know according to mylot rules same response/comment cannot be repeated in the same discussion to multiple participants. I do not think there is any such restriction in case of PMs. There too you have some difficulty because you cannot see a list of all members, or friends list even. Your option will be to have the message in 'word', copy and paste in the message box of every member you wish to send the same.

Hanuma, I was talking bout personal messages...!!!! I was probably comparing it like a CC in a mail or a message all option like that of a mobile..!!! But do not worry people will not get spams from me... !!! Not that well organized though...!!!! and too lazy to spend time over such things...!!! Share your views... Balu

We can't send message to all our friends at once this has been done to prevent spam Its a nice thing that mylot does not allow us to do that

A member cannot send message at one stroke to all his friends or a group of friends. Messages have to be individually typed or prepared and sent. This is done to prevent spam messages. Other formalities to be observed are told by our friends. If u have specific doubts u can ask in discussion or send message to ur close friends. good day.

You are right Ravi. No one should be permitted in a social network sites to go spamming. The option for balu is only to send his message through PMs to his friends, either typing or copying from his notepad.

Dear Ravi and Hanuma Thank you guys.... In the beginning.. I thought that this would have been a limitation for the site.. But come to think about it now... I believe it is great like this.. I was just going through the options and trying out things... when this came up.. so I thought I might as well ask...!!! Chill guys ... No one will receive spams from me...!!!! I don't know how to do that, I haven't seen that in my inbox. I think you have to send them all individually. For sure some of our long time crowd here in mylot will reply on this and we will know then. Happy mylotting balu :)
