Just keep participating, you'll reach payout every time

You know, I doubt that I have thought all too much about what I need to do to reach my monthly payout in months. Yet funnily enough, I tend to receive the minimum and perhaps a little extra every month. I just keep finding topics that I am interested in, respond in them, perhaps post some of my own. Some days I have less time for this website that I do for others. The key to earning is rather simple. Its steady participation with quality posts with at least four to five lines. If you can manage more, great. Use the search engine, do tasks, whatever you feel like doing as well. Everyone will have their own way of using this website and as long as it fits the guidelines, than there is really no wrong way. When you start thinking about what you need to do to earn, then you really aren't going to earn.

I feel the same way that if we simply participate and concentrate simply at the topics we participate with all flows and payout is easier to reach. I find that if I concentrate on how much I have to do daily then it would become a chore for me and way too much effort. Therefore, I recommend the same as you and enjoy our time here and all will be amazed.

There does tend to be a slight problem when you think of it in terms of how much you really do need to earn. It becomes a bit too much like a job and not just a hobby that we are going to earn some extra month. Now granted some months it might be a little more extra money than we would have thought. Still we have got to make the best of what time we got here for sure. Thanks for responding. Its appreciated. Have a nice day.

Hello Mega, I also think for easy payout you just focus on participating in discussions with quality responses and have fun with the comments by furthering discussion rest leave to MYLOT surely will give you money but once you think of earning you will loose the way.So always try to have fun in discussions.

Yeah people tend to get too tied up in what they earn, therefore they get obsessed with it. Obsession can lead to frustration and instead of posting at a nice leisurely pace where you are going to earn a certain amount of money, the wheels are going to fall off whatever plan you have at the time. Still that's just what works for me, responding, making topics, whatever. What works for someone else, is going to work for them. Thanks for responding. Its appreciated. Have a nice day.

That really is the greatest thing about myLot. There is no shortage of topics to go to. If you stay here long enough, there is a pretty good chance that you'll have something to say. I am sure many people who are going to have their heads spin when they try and keep up with all of the topics. Still if you have a few hours to spare, there are far worse ways to use them than myLot. Thanks for responding. Its appreciated. Have a nice day.

I used to mylot all the time a couple of years ago and make about 30 a month. I just now started back up and it's more fun than ever! There are so many more people here now to talk to and with and then you can start your own discussions that actualy help you in the end. I have so much I want to say and just stuck where I am at right now, and with Mylot I am able to socialize! I love it!

I've been a member for almost 5 years and due to my hectic schedule, i wasn't able to open my account for months. It's just now when I discovered that all my earnings since year 1 are all gone now.. :(

That's sad that you earning gone because of inactive account. So that's why better we open account once in a month. It is quite easy and possible to open it once in a month form anywhere..

Yeah this has happened to many people. I'm certain this is clear in the guidelines. Which sadly has happened to a few people here and there. MyLot tends to drift further from our minds as life gets hectic. It is a good rule of thumb to try and log into the website every now and again, about once a month, or so, so we do not get marked as inactive and have our accounts be drained. Thanks for responding, its appreciated, have a nice day.

I am trying to improve my participation here. I am keeping a daily log of how many times I respond/post threads. I think for me the key is keeping track and making sure that I do visit and respond. I have thought about the tasks but have not found any that I am interested in at the moment. I have also done a few searches as well. The key for me is exactly as you say, participating!

That really is the key. You got to keep working. The tasks are something that tend to be rather hit and miss a lot of the time. Every now and then, is a good one, but its the problem of rather trying to catch the tasks at the right time. Most likely when one does in fact have the time. A steady participation is a key to a rather steady success. Thanks for responding. Its appreciated. Have a nice day.

Yes just sticking to the path and keeping up with the participating is really something that allows us to rather work through all of these things. There are a lot of things that we can do. We just need to rather keep putting in the effort, posting, giving our opinions, and if we work hard, we are going to rather get some good results. Thanks for responding. Its appreciated. Have a nice day.

I haven't reached payout yet, but the problem is I think you're right, I'm too concentrated on earnings. The thing is, I look at a post and think "I don't really fell passionate about that either way, I won't be able to post a long response, so what's the point?" I've been trying to concentrate on posting long responses, but because of that I spend absolutely ages reading discussions but not actually saying anything :( My replies are usually at least 4 or 5 lines, I do a few tasks but not many, and I try to remember to use the search engine. But the problem is, I'm just not posting enough. I get easily distracted, and I spend about 50% of my time at my boyfriends' where I can't get onto the computer. I'm trying to be more active though, and I'm hoping if I do that, I'll get more engrossed in participating than in earnings, and eventually I'll reach payout. Thanks for your tips megamatt.

That's a rather easy trap to fall into as it regards to reading topics. There are times where we get caught up in a topic. Its very easy to see why this happens, as this is a rather interesting discussion to say the very least. So it can rather be tricky to say the least. Participation is the key in the end. That is rather simple in a sense of the word. Thanks for responding. Its appreciated. Have a nice day.

In all my time at MyLot I've never quite reached payout. And I've been here for years. It's mainly because I just keep forgetting. I never make MyLot a habit, and as such I don't login every day and participate. Sometimes I forget for weeks on end and on more than one occasion I've been gone so long that my earnings have been erased. On the other hand, this lack of drive and habit forming isn't a bad thing in my eyes. It means I only post when I have something valuable to say, which is of more importance to me than just making a lot of money.

That's more than fine. This website is really not for every single person. There might be a topic that does capture your imagination every now and then. Therefore you would be inspired to post and add your two cents to the topics at myLot. People tend to come and go, not really earning anything and as it has been established their earnings are erased if they are not active for ninety days. Its what you choose to do when you are around that should matter to you. Thanks for responding. Its appreciated. Have a nice day.

There is many different discussions for sure. It is like a variety box of different discussions. If we tend to not find anything in some areas, likely we are going to find something in other areas. Not feeling it in the morning, come back later in the afternoon or evening. Trying to force the issue is not going to lead to a fun time. Still its not that difficult, you just need to discover a method that works well for you. Thanks for responding. Its appreciated. Have a nice day.

Hello there. I believe too that you first have to like it here in mylot posting/participating on the topics of your interest. Earning is only secondary to me here. I like this comunity and it is like having e-friends. I hope I'll reach out my payout soon. :) By the way, I don't do tasks much because most are complicating for me.

Tasks can rather be something that is rather complicated for many people. So you are really not the only one. Plus there are a lot of time where in the time you can do the tasks, you can just participate in a number of topics. Of course there are a lot of times where they are going to rather more enjoy the tasks, then they are going to enjoy doing the topics. It is the matter of finding the right task at the right time. That's just how it goes. Thanks for responding. Its appreciated. Have a nice day.
