Please help me to solve with paypal??

hi mylotters, I came here with my old same problem.I don't know how to solve it, but I guess I need some help from you. First, I made my paypal account about two months ago, I have my account unverified since I have no credit card ( actually I have ATM card, but it wasn't working . Then, from mylotter and friend advice I found a way that I can verified my account by local bank account, it was a good news for me.I follow the instruction to get my account verified.I had send my id card and bank statement scan to paypal, then paypal replied that they will proceed my inquiry.I feel so good cause I think I was one step closer to finish, but exactly not. I have not receive notification from paypal until three days more.I open my paypal account that I see the statement that my account was limited.I contact paypal asking clarification but I didn't get clear clarification but statement that my account would hold for 180days.It's shock me, then I contact paypal again to make sure what's wrong with my account, but then they said "we decide to ended coorperation with you,blah....blah...blah....".they gave me instruction to close my account too.I got mad! now I don't know what to do.I try to close my account but it can't cause my account was limited.I was thinking to register new account without close my old account, but does it possible??or may be I have another option and solution, please? anyone can help me!!I would be very appreciate it!

the possible way is check first your local bank Permata Bank if they are accepted paypal sending and transfer if not, that is the reason why paypal account limit you and tell you to close your account. Paypal assumed that you read the list of bank accepted by paypal per countries...

You mean to say Permata Bank is on the list of bank "can be or able to receive and withdrawn". If you confirm that I think no problem, you can contact again paypal explaining and asking why you should delete your account. You can also ask what are possible problem to your account. They will guide you, because before my account verified a lot of problem. If they say to cancelled your account,better to cancelled then after 3 days you can apply again for new account. That's I done before cancelled and re-apply but I change my email address as primary email. Try that way.. Ihope you can make it. good luck

I searching about bank list accepted by paypal, and I found Permata bank on it, so I think it's accepted by Paypal.so you don't think they they mark me as spam and ask me to close my paypal account?

it's impossible to make new account using the same name a your old account. Maybe you should check first if the bank you are using is a paypal partner. I'm from the Philippines and I'm using Unionbank for my paypal and I haven't got any problems.

last night I had check bank list that accept by paypal in Indonesia, and my bank is one of them.but they still reject my ATM card and my manual verification.it's very terrible!!

I just check the bank list of Indonesia and i found out that my bank is accepted, so I got little more confuse what's wrong with my account?

hi chachie! Me too, I had mine verified in just a few minutes. I was wondering why she wasn't asked for a bank code. So, I send her url of our way of verifying, i hope everything will be okey.

first i must say , ret, be patient :) believe me, i had gotten your problems... and off course it makes me frutrate...and it make you more frutrate when your paypal which is limited had money...thanks to God, your paypal had no money so the solution is easy for you (based on my observation)

vcc is not solution..i mean mabye for temporary it can be medicine for your paypal..but it has many risk too.... whats the written from your paypal??

yah... still thanks God, but it's very tiring problem now. what do you think if I send my ID scan & bank statement again to paypal??I mean "resend", will they notice me or keep on their principle? what do you think about verivy by VCC, brother??

redvakaurvaki, In Nigeria we are not allowed to open a paypal account and Nigeria is on their banned list. You are even better of than me as your country or area of resident is permitted to use paypal account. I try to use other method to open my paypal account in Nigeria when paypal refused to allow Nigerian run an account with the payment sites. I suggest you read their guidelines again and again you may find a clue that will help you.Have a great day!

I'm so sad to hear that, naija, but why paypal banned nigerian??so now you still have your own paypal with your trick? well, I think I will read the guidelines again with more detail... thanks naija,I hope Nigerian can solve the problem

Hi red! If you were only in the Philippines, i can help you with the verification and the activation. Did paypal ask you bank codes? Here in the Philippines, upon verification, the Paypal asks for bank code which is the access for then to verify account. Then after filling up some entries in the form, you are automatically verified then. I think you will have to contact Paypal for that. Or maybe if you have another bank account to verify, that would be better.

paypal never ask me the bank account code, but they give instruction to input information about my bank ( add bank account ).I try several time contact paypal by email but they didn't notice me except limited my account.I don't have other of bank account but I've already check that my bank account is accepted for paypal I'm Indonesian whitewingspeak, don't you think paypal threat people from each country in different ways?

Hey, I don't think Paypal is treating you differently. As you know we are all clients here, we should be treated at the same level. When I verified my paypal, the first page to appear is the blank form that ask about information of my bank with the bank codes. I haven't linked yet my bank account. Im still waiting for my earnings to grow. As far as I can see, based on the discussions I have read on this site, UNION best works with paypal. So I need to open an account with Union bank.
